02/12/2024: À 4 à dîner. Très belle surprise, très bons mets, une deco de salle et d’assiette soignées. Une excellente soirée tant gustativement que visuellement. Et l’ambiance au top avec un chef discret mais pas trop. Top ! À refaire vite !!

01/12/2024: Ambiance particulière et très agréable pour ce restaurant situé en périphérie de Bordeaux et Merignac. L'atmosphère crée par les restaurateurs est unique. Le parcours proposé est ludique sans être intrusif. Belle cuisine bien travaillée et choix de vins judicieux. Une belle expérience à renouveler !

20/07/2024: Tested a second time in the evening this time. It's always great. I order the dish of the day and the chocolate and banana cream. Next time I hope to try the roast chicken. In any case the potatoes in duck fat are super good!! Small atypical restaurant found by chance and I have absolutely no regrets. Everything is homemade and little eaters can turn around. We tried the chicken yassa and its delicious fries. I would be happy to try the kebab next time in the evening perhaps. Thanks again to the owner for his cuisine and his extremely attentive welcome. Think about saving

07/09/2024: Disappointed disappointed disappointed... we have been to the Memphis de Mérignac several times so far no problem. The dishes are good. But today we arrive at the start of service at 12:05 p.m.... after 12:35 p.m., no one comes to take an order and we were placed on the right wing of the restaurant and all the other customers on the left so we felt completely at home. leaves...a waiter who has just started tells us that someone will come and take the order but that there is a shortage of staff. After 30 minutes without taking our order we decided to leave knowing that we have 2 young little girls and I suppose it was the manager telling us that he was arriving while he was taking the orders and tends the bar. I told him that it's not normal to serve people who arrived long after us and replied "well yes but I'm all alone". This is not an excuse, politeness requires at least taking orders in the order they arrive, moreover no commercial gesture was made to apologize for this waste of time and he replied to me .of "very good you can go".. I would never go back there again it's a shame because before it was good..what a disappointment...arrived at 12:05 p.m. and left at 12:40 p.m. without having eaten and in only service of lame excuses instead of admitting that he did not know how to handle his mistake.

17/12/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my experience in this restaurant, both in terms of hygiene and the quality of the dishes offered. We chose this establishment for a friendly family moment, encouraged by its high rating on Google (4.4 out of 598 reviews). Unfortunately, the reality was far from our expectations. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere seemed cold, the restaurant almost deserted and the decoration sad. Seated at a table with a view of the bar, we witnessed an unacceptable scene: a table had just become free, and the glasses of wine left by previous customers were emptied into the bottle which was served to them, by someone in charge of the bar, before she puts it back in the refrigerator. A few minutes later, this same person filled new jugs of water, reusing those abandoned by other customers. Suffice to say that the desire to drink water during the meal had disappeared. As for the dishes, they were just like hygiene: mediocre and disappointing. I ordered the La Bavière galette for €16.90. The ingredients were placed next to the pancake and not inside, as if it was up to me to compose it. The "grilled ham" was cold and dry, presumably reheated in the microwave, the potatoes tasted strange and sour, and the patty itself was dry and overcooked. I was served half a portion of onion, some scattered bacon and a cream that was supposed to be inside, but was completely absent. When I reported this, I was curtly offered to return the plate, which I probably should have done, even if it would not have changed the disastrous quality of the dish. Another member of my family had the La Tartiflette pancake for €15.80. Here again, big disappointment: the cheese seemed to come from an industrial product purchased at the local supermarket. For such a price, we have the right to expect a minimum of quality in the choice of ingredients. Luckily the sweet crepes were ok. I sincerely hope that the “homemade” salted butter caramel was actually made on site and not bought in a jar. In the end, for three pancakes, a bottle of cider and two sweet pancakes, the bill came close to €80-90. A totally unjustified amount for such dry, tasteless dishes prepared with low-end products. However, what remains most shocking is the blatant lack of hygiene. Putting customers' wine back in bottles and recycling water from carafes from one table to another is unacceptable in a catering establishment. Absolutely avoid.

02/08/2024: Discovered by chance while leaving the cinema. Very friendly waitresses and waiters. On the other hand, the plate of queso ham is not very generous. To do so you can form your own opinion.
