You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. 16/09/2026: Excellent value for money (less than €20 per person for a starter, main course, and dessert). The portions are generous, the homemade fries are excellent, and the service is quick. Since the menu changes daily, you won't get tired of it if you come regularly. The staff are friendly. It's ideal for lunch with colleagues, but also perfect for families: they can adjust the portions of the daily special for children, which is a real plus.

28/09/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised by Eat Salad! The staff were professional, smiling, and genuinely kind, and the restaurant was spotless: we felt very welcome from beginning to end. It was our first time here, as we usually go to the one in Pessac, which is closer to home. And frankly, the difference is striking. In Pessac, we were shocked several times: employees chewing gum with their mouths open in front of customers, no hairnets or gloves when preparing salads, and a staff more preoccupied with their phones and conversations than with the customers waiting outside. Here, it's completely different: impeccable hygiene and a real sense of service. It's well worth the extra few minutes' drive; we'll be back!

A very special thank you to Enola, who brightened our evening with her thoughtful touches and cheerful disposition. A small note about the food: the truffle pizza we were familiar with had changed slightly and was more "forest-inspired" than we were used to. But everything else was absolutely delicious. It was more a matter of what we were expecting.
