Les meilleurs restaurantsde cuisine française en Merignac

02/02/2026: A warm welcome, a greige ambiance with meticulous attention to tableware, an experience unlike any other. You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

31/01/2026: What a wonderful culinary experience for our daughter's 26th birthday! A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. A genuine exchange during the tasting. In short, BLISSS is and will remain unique. This was our third experience – we can't wait to embark on this culinary journey with you, Isabelle and Anthony! See you soon!

16/09/2026: Excellent value for money (less than €20 per person for a starter, main course, and dessert). The portions are generous, the homemade fries are excellent, and the service is quick. Since the menu changes daily, you won't get tired of it if you come regularly. The staff are friendly. It's ideal for lunch with colleagues, but also perfect for families: they can adjust the portions of the daily special for children, which is a real plus.

03/10/2026: A warm welcome from an owner who knows how to introduce himself, always smiling, and with a touch of humor... He absolutely must keep it up... it's the key to success. The service was top-notch, with friendly waiters and waitresses. The meal was delicious and well-presented. I'll definitely be back.

29/09/2026: An exceptional restaurant where we come very regularly with colleagues, and each time it's a real pleasure! The welcome is simply incredible, the servers are top-notch and always attentive. The dishes are excellent, generous, and hearty, all for a very reasonable price. But what really makes the difference is the atmosphere: whether it's lunchtime or dinnertime, everyone is smiling, laughing, sharing, and you feel right at home. A big thank you to the whole team for your good humor and professionalism. A must-visit address that we wholeheartedly recommend!

14/09/2026: The tarte flambée was cold and the salad very light for the price.

13/09/2026: A few noisy children playing football between the tables wasn't ideal. But otherwise, the setting was great, customer service was quick, and the staff were polite, smiling, and responsive. The food was plentiful and, most importantly, delicious. 👍👍

24/07/2026: Typical homey atmosphere. Inexpensive and excellent food. I recommend it for a working-class French experience.

21/07/2026: For years I'd walked past this restaurant without really knowing what to make of the name. There were three of us on Monday, and I made a reservation... what can I say? Impeccable in every way. The place, a true neighborhood restaurant. The welcome, friendly and warm. The dishes on offer, nothing to complain about. The buffets, nothing to complain about. The bill, nothing to complain about. In short: I highly recommend it, go for it!

16/09/2026: Very welcoming, smiling, and quick

24/08/2026: I can't even rate it because I simply didn't receive my order (I ordered 2 hours before closing time). I was called to be told that there were no more ingredients and that the pizza therefore couldn't be made.

02/03/2026: I don't know the rooms, having stayed there for a seminar. The reception is pleasant and the common areas are spotless.

01/03/2026: The hotel is well-located with private parking, and the reception staff are very pleasant. The room was spacious, with very comfortable bedding and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was very good. However, the person who served us that day didn't say a single word while we were having lunch. I recommend this hotel.
