05/04/2024: My friend and I had diner there last night. My friend got the salmon pizza - that was DELICIOUS 🤤 . I got the entrecôte with French fries. My meal was great paired with a glass of red wine, the whole experience was delightful ✨ I used to live in Bordeaux for years and this restaurant didn’t feel like a tourist trap. It’s in a cute walk street place along with other restaurants around. I was craving a cute meal with a French vibe and that did it.
30/03/2024: Rather positive. Efficient, professional service. Rather decent dish and wine. Ras. The whole thing seems rather well thought out and serious to me.

05/04/2024: Fast food to order at 2:30 p.m.: there is nothing FAST at the drive-thru. This is the umpteenth time I've been waiting for ages in this McDonald's! 20min wait even though there weren't many people there. After ordering, we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get payment, then we had to wait more than 10 minutes to finally receive the order.
Only one good point: the woman who takes your order, your payment and gives you your meal was friendly.
No drive here!!
05/04/2024: The worst McDonald's, as it's behind my house I go there from time to time for my son. Once in 2 they forget something: nuggets (on a menu you have to do it!!), peanuts for the sundae (a great classic this forgetting is almost systematic to the point that I thought it was necessary specify it or pay for it separately 🤦♀️) and fries of course!! Of course, every time I call, I'm offered to come back (still happy to do so) but in the end it's expensive in terms of fuel and so much hassle for simple oversights!!
In short, THIS McDonald’s should be avoided!!

02/04/2024: I ordered a maxi Best of today, April 2, 2024. I received a medium-sized drink today, instead of a large one.
20 minutes since my order was ready. They put it in Uber mode even though it was an Internet order.
In the end my order was cold, this is unacceptable A great lack of inattention regarding the staff

Since the renovation, I find that the new work organization does not take into account an essential variable, the human factor of its employees. There is no real implication. So the customer expects even more than before. For example, this evening the manager still had to tell his team that when an order was ready, it had to be sent...

Certainly the welcome and the service are pleasant!
The dish (render steak with home fries) is ok but nothing more!
On the other hand, a Mojito (well Moo jjto) served with still water, a slice of lemon and no ice cubes... is a huge disappointment!
Stop calling it a mojito or learn how to make it!
Our glasses are almost full throughout the meal and that didn't even surprise you?
And for a big tiramisu lover like me, I wonder about the ingredients used for what you present as a reference for the restaurant. Again, learn how to do it.

05/04/2024: Smell in the room...pipe problem, very slow sink flow, noises in the pipes as soon as a user from another room uses the shower or toilet. And message on the window asking not to open it….which suggests that the rooms are not ventilated??

05/05/2024: A McDonald's among others. I haven't opened it in years. I was hired in 2012. When there was a certain: Rémy, as manager. I had to be at a post. I was forced to do ALL the positions. Remember ALL tasks. I was fired after 1 month. I know the reasons. I'll keep them for myself ;) I ban franchised restaurants that take advantage of the system. I ban your way of doing things. You are bad.

04/05/2024: Quite a long service where you have to be patient and not be in a hurry.
I stopped the drive from them because I always forgot my orders. I order at the terminal and collect at the counter to check my order... compare to other Mc do this one is lagging behind...

19/08/2023: Second time at Pitaya.. second disappointment, we will no longer recommend. Of course it's plentiful, but the dishes have no flavor despite the ton of salt, the uddons were bathed in oil. Even the cookies chosen were not the ones wanted and bad too
28/07/2023: Today July 28 at 8:10 p.m. I ordered a dish with green curry shrimp and I received it with chicken and it had no taste. My children and my wife liked them but frankly already the mistake instead of shrimp 🍤 I received chicken and I said to myself no problem but in the end not spicy as advertised and no taste. But the cashier was nice even if she put chicken instead of shrimp but it's possible that those in the kitchen were wrong but I personally didn't like my plate even though my 3 children liked it and my wife so I gives 3 stars and apparently it's halal there was nothing marked on the menu or anywhere but I can understand but when I saw beer in the fridge that's why I wanted to take the shrimp. I didn't like among the 5 of us even though I have a good puck.

03/04/2024: Customer since my childhood. The best pizzeria in the world!!! (ok, at least from the new Aquitaine) but from the world all the same. It’s a warm place, you’re always extremely well received whether you eat in or take away. The staff is wonderful, the food is quality and for years they have never regressed! In the dining room as in the kitchen we can only salute them and highlight the merits of Gino! The price is absolutely right for the flavors offered. Pizzeria Gino, thank you for existing!
