12/01/2026: The burgers are excellent, and the place is very nice. The only slight downside: no food service on Saturday nights (or every night? I can't remember). And perhaps a slightly limited beer selection; they're quite light, we would have preferred a 7-ounce beer 🤣. The price is reasonable for a meal there; it's barely more expensive than fast food, except here the food is super good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and you can have a beer with it.
06/01/2026: Warm welcome, friendly owner. Family atmosphere. Occasional hair or tattoo evenings. Personally, I highly recommend it.

Bistro Regent: You either love it or hate it. I like it.
But the most important thing is to congratulate the team. Professional and very friendly. It feels like a real team that gets along very well, very funny and close-knit.
Bravo.

23/01/2026: A Bordeaux institution in the world of wine bars, La Parcelle is renowned for its charcuterie boards and wines.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and despite the limited interior space, each group can find a table spaced apart from others.
The wines and other products offered are of good quality.

Lots of events.
Parties, comedy club one Tuesday a month, live sports broadcasts.
12/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve there for the second time. Always friendly and relaxed!
Now I just need to try it out outside of the festivities to get a better feel for it.

03/02/2026: You can feel a real passion for human contact! The manager is about as friendly as a prison door. Always speaking to you in a condescending tone, he ignores you half the time when you say hello/goodbye. Once, I clumsily inserted my card upside down when paying, and he made a mocking, dismissive remark, implying he thought I was an idiot. If you don't like your job, find another one. I now go to the L'Olaketal tobacconist at the Roustaing tram stop. It's a bit further, BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE FRIENDLY. If contempt were an Olympic sport, you'd definitely get a medal! Rude, ill-mannered jerk!
09/11/2025: I went into this tobacco shop and received a very poor welcome. The shopkeeper didn't respond when I said good evening, simply nodded without speaking, and had a cold and unpleasant attitude. When I simply pointed out that a little politeness would be basic in a business, he replied curtly. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I am very disappointed by the staff's attitude.
I do not recommend this place.

06/09/2025: Too bad I can't give 0. Terrible service today + it was indicated on the menu "soft 33cl" for €4.50, I ordered two and I saw two pitiful cardboard cups of not even 25cl arrive. And there were still ice cubes, so I think we drank the equivalent of 20cl. Scam to be avoided absolutely

03/01/2026: Not my first time there. It's a lifesaver when you need it.
However, the bar's heating being broken, with a refusal to repair it and forcing employees to work in such cold conditions while dealing with customers who are no warmer than they are...it's outrageous. Especially when it's -4°C outside. The bartender was more than competent and pleasant with us, which is what makes up for the overall rating.

25/01/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered a McDonald's click and collect in Talence. The order wasn't correct (we received a Big Mac instead of a Big Mac Chicken). Consequently, we returned to the restaurant to request a burger exchange. At the counter, the manager took our request while implying that our order was too old; we literally had to make a round trip between the restaurant and our apartment after discovering the wrong burger. We were surprised not to receive any compensation from the restaurant, given that it was a rather significant mistake. We were a little disappointed by the manager's reaction since we didn't want to make a fuss over something so easily resolved. Furthermore, I noticed no apology from the employee, which seemed to me to be the bare minimum...
