23/06/2026: I was a tourist coming over from Northern Ireland and really loved this place. The croissants were very good and only something ridiculously cheap like €1.70 which comes to mind £1.47 which is a steal!

22/03/2026: I just learned that this place has reopened, which for me was much more than just a bar, betting shop, or restaurant. It was a meeting place, authentic, friendly, and open to everyone all year round in an area where other establishments are unfortunately often closed. The traditional cuisine was truly excellent and inexpensive. Without any airs, the place operated the same way in winter as in summer, which bothered some people who need extra attention to be paid to their hospitality.
A big thank you and best of luck to Duduche and his team. We've lost a place that was part of this town's identity.

06/03/2026: A mixed experience. The food was good, although our gyros was very dry.
The young woman who greeted us was rather casual and uninvolved. No smile, and the welcome was very cold.
She was wearing a sweatshirt (I don't mean to sound old-fashioned, but appropriate attire would be preferable, especially in a restaurant), dirty glasses were sitting on the bar, and the coffee maker was in a deplorable state. I think she should take better care of it, especially since it's in direct view of customers.
A response would have been the least she could do.
15/02/2026: This was our third visit to this restaurant, which we used to enjoy, and it will be our last...
It was cold inside, and we were poorly seated, at one of the two tables blocked by the partition opposite the restrooms. I had to stop eating and get up so the customers at the next table could leave. Okay, there are worse things, but I've had better dining experiences.
The waitress was unpleasant and unprofessional ("Have you ordered yet?", "Can I have more drinks?"), I felt like I was bothering her and dealing with a teenager. We wanted dessert, but her priority was clearly clearing empty tables rather than attending to the remaining customers. We left after a 25-minute wait and had dessert elsewhere.

03/07/2026: I’ve walked by this place for years, never went in. The gentleman outside saw me and said I know you, I’ve been here 28 years and see you all the time walking by.
I decided to go in and was completely flabbergasted how fantastic the food was. I didn’t expect it and can’t believe believe I never went before!
26/06/2026: We were looking for a place to eat in Paris. We chose Olympie. When we sat down at the table, we realized that the dishes we wanted to try weren't on the menu. However, the restaurant staff brought us the dishes that weren't on the menu without charging any extra. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it, and when I return to Paris, I will go back. Thank you so much for all the attention you gave us!

07/07/2026: For the past five years, whenever I want a kebab, I go to this place, even though I hadn't eaten one for ten years because I found it so unappetizing.
The meat is flavorful, not too greasy, the bread is crispy on top and soft inside—even the flatbread kind doesn't leave you with a pool of grease in the foil!
The fries are good and plentiful.
The staff is always smiling and welcoming!
27/06/2026: Kebab wrap delivered, no raw vegetables, no onion. Just meat. The wrap was therefore heavy, dry, and tasteless! What a disappointment. I specifically asked for raw vegetables, but it seemed like a basic requirement...

24/12/2025: Yesterday, I visited the store hoping to buy some traditional Greek pastries: melomakarona and kourabiedes.
While I did find kourabiedes, I couldn't find any real melomakarona... and for good reason: the ones they had were made without syrup and without nuts.
I admit I've seen many variations, but this one takes the cake. It's almost shameful to sell such a thoroughly adulterated product.
Obviously, I didn't buy them—those simple biscuits—and went to Mavrommatis. There, I bought the authentic product and told them about the incident. The two salespeople were speechless, and one of them called the manager, who explained that it was because the Thessalia store had refused to buy the syrup.
It's a disgrace.
If they had any respect for themselves, they would have been better off not offering this product at all.
16/11/2025: I've known this place for a few years and I usually go during the week. However, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday, being in the neighborhood. It was a mistake on my part because my sandwich, made by a young man, was terrible. It was full of oil, the ingredients were unbalanced, and the bread was completely broken. When I bit into it, I left half of it on the tray. A female employee was there when I arrived, but she left as soon as I got there, leaving her colleague alone to handle the cash register and make the sandwiches. I won't be going back on Saturdays. I deducted stars for the atmosphere because the two people there weren't welcoming or pleasant; I got the impression I was bothering them. Disappointing.

We had a delicious taco wrap and a tasty panini sandwich. All the ingredients, sauces, and dips are made fresh in-house.
Highly recommended!

14/06/2026: A caterer I've known for a long time, but who apparently has changed owners. The food is a bit bland, but decent. The problem is that Epirus has been struck by delusions of grandeur. Paying as much for half a meal as for a good meal in a restaurant is frankly outrageous. Octopus at 67 euros per kilo is insane. Adding 50 grams of liquid to 100 grams of octopus and charging the same price for the liquid as the octopus is highway robbery. The same goes for a measly stuffed tomato at over 8 euros. Granted, we're on Rue Daguerre. But I won't be going back.
13/04/2026: Contrary to some reviews, we came on Sunday and the young woman with short hair was lovely and offered a discount. The stuffed grape leaves were very good.

This is very disappointing, especially after making the trip for nothing. Please update the hours to avoid this kind of inconvenience for other customers.

12/02/2024: Ce restaurant est sale dès le franchissement de la porte d’entrée crasseuse avec des vitres excessivement sales grosses traces de doigts !
C’est la première fois que nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant Chinois en manque d’hygiène.
Le Personnel n’est pas du tout souriant, la nourriture est exécrable grasse et sucrée un manque d’hygiène total avec des couverts mélangés, pas de couvert pour chacun des plats. J’ai aussi remarqué que des petites bandes de copines prennent leurs doigts dans les plats préparés.
Dernière notre table il y avait plein de chocolat fondu au sol , ma mère âgée a failli tomber.
Pas de personnel pour le nettoyage du sol après 1h 30 toujours pas nettoyé.
Notre table pas débarrassée a notre arrivée.
Le long des bacs à nourriture il y avait également de grosse taches au sol.
Les personnes fragiles doivent fait attention à ne pas attraper une Salmonella, Campylobacter ou Escherichia coli entérohémorragique cause d’une mauvaise hygiène dans le mélange des préparations alimentaires de ce restaurant.Certains clients se servent puis ré déposent dans les bacs…. Personnel non présent pour surveiller.
Je n’aime pas noter méchamment les Restaurants mais là l’hygiène est vraiment critique ma mère a été prise de vomissements dès son arrivée à la maison.
Nous n’y retournerons jamais.
