16/12/2025: Honestly, this kebab shop is a disaster. The service is quick, OK, but given the quality, it's easy to see why: nobody wants to eat there. The bread wasn't even warmed up, which is already disrespectful. The condiments and sauces are passable, but the meat... it's a disgrace. It's clearly not veal, it's nothing like chicken, and above all, it has absolutely no taste. A kind of bland, fat mass, devoid of any identity, that looks like meat but isn't. It's like a failed vegan ersatz, disgusting, utterly inedible. Do something: change the meat, learn to cook, respect your customers. This is simply shameful.

29/03/2026: I used to be a very loyal customer. But several times I received bits of dried meat that had been there for at least an hour. And that completely disgusts me. Since then, every time a kebab vendor does that to me, even just once, they lose me immediately.

25/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars so as not to be unfair to the brand, but I have to say the quality varies from one order to the next. Sometimes it's pretty good, which is understandable since it's not very expensive. Other times, it's bland, and you end up in the bathroom in the middle of the night. In short, the products aren't consistent. It's a shame, because we go there often.

18/07/2026: Ten of us came looking for a place to watch the World Cup semi-final, as there aren't any big screens in the city. We received a warm welcome, had drinks, and watched the match on a small TV. It was a nice, intimate atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

04/08/2026: Honestly, this is a lovely Greek restaurant. I ate grilled fish and grilled shrimp there. The food quality was excellent. The service was provided by excellent young Egyptian men. The price was very reasonable for seafood. I will definitely visit again. Thank you to the restaurant staff.

03/07/2026: I’ve walked by this place for years, never went in. The gentleman outside saw me and said I know you, I’ve been here 28 years and see you all the time walking by. I decided to go in and was completely flabbergasted how fantastic the food was. I didn’t expect it and can’t believe believe I never went before!

The entire reception and medical team were polite, professional, approachable, and respectful. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Anais Vianay. She was extremely professional, humble, kind and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully, understand my concerns, and assess my condition thoroughly. I truly appreciated the clarity and professionalism with which she approached my diagnosis and treatment. It is reassuring to meet a doctor who combines medical expertise with genuine kindness and humility. These qualities make a significant difference, especially when a patient is in pain or worried. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Anais Vianay and the entire team at Hôpital Saint-Antoine for their professionalism, compassion and excellent care. Highly Recommend!

13/08/2026: An unforgettable evening at Skybar Paris, the rooftop bar of the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. First and foremost, I want to thank Paris. Without her, I simply wouldn't have had access to the rooftop that night. She was the starting point of this wonderful evening, which became even more exceptional when Arnaud proposed to her on August 12th, right before our eyes. A truly beautiful moment of shared emotion and happiness. I also want to congratulate and thank the entire Skybar team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. A huge thank you to Mr. Ely, the Skybar manager, for his excellent service and attentiveness. To Théo, our exceptional waiter, for his kindness and the thoughtful touch of the two complimentary glasses of champagne 🥂. And to Julia, for her attentiveness and kindness. This evening also gave me an unexpected and memorable encounter with Alexandro, known as "the Romanian." But August 12th will always be a very special date for me: that's the day I learned that my cancer could be cured. There are days when, after navigating uncertainty, life suddenly gives you hope and the prospect of a new chance. And sometimes, a place, a meeting, a few kind gestures, and the happiness of others make that moment even brighter. For me, Paris, Arnaud, Alexandro, Mr. Ely, Théo, Julia, and the Skybar at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse will forever be linked to that evening and this new beginning. 13/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pullman SkyBar. I initially ordered a drink that I didn't like; I found it too bitter. I was offered another one, but it contained a fly. I immediately pointed this out, but received no apology. I asked to see the manager to find a solution, specifically a refund since I hadn't drunk the drink. After several minutes, he refused, telling me that "it was just a fly" and that "these things happen." I can understand that an incident can occur, but the way it's handled makes all the difference. I expected an apology and a minimum of consideration. Very disappointed with the customer service, I do not recommend this establishment.

06/03/2026: A mixed experience. The food was good, although our gyros was very dry. The young woman who greeted us was rather casual and uninvolved. No smile, and the welcome was very cold. She was wearing a sweatshirt (I don't mean to sound old-fashioned, but appropriate attire would be preferable, especially in a restaurant), dirty glasses were sitting on the bar, and the coffee maker was in a deplorable state. I think she should take better care of it, especially since it's in direct view of customers. A response would have been the least she could do.

15/02/2026: This was our third visit to this restaurant, which we used to enjoy, and it will be our last... It was cold inside, and we were poorly seated, at one of the two tables blocked by the partition opposite the restrooms. I had to stop eating and get up so the customers at the next table could leave. Okay, there are worse things, but I've had better dining experiences. The waitress was unpleasant and unprofessional ("Have you ordered yet?", "Can I have more drinks?"), I felt like I was bothering her and dealing with a teenager. We wanted dessert, but her priority was clearly clearing empty tables rather than attending to the remaining customers. We left after a 25-minute wait and had dessert elsewhere.

02/08/2026: Ordered the 4 salmon cellophane-wrapped takeaway sandwiches for our day trip to Fontainebleau. We don't eat pork but one of them was pork. Couldn't obviously come back from Fontainebleau on the same day nor call them from the London number - which is what the owner insisted I should have done. Mistakes happen - I would have been satisfied with a sincere apology instead of the brush-off she gave.

05/07/2026: “Authentically Greek” is doing some heavy lifting here. For 50€, I got a spinach pie duo, pita, beans, meatballs in tomato sauce, and hummus that tasted like sad, flavorless leftovers straight from the fridge. I’ve eaten Greek food across Greece and well beyond it, so my bar was low: just “identifiable as Greek food.” This didn’t clear it. By the time I finished, I felt exactly like I’d been pickpocketed on the metro: that mix of “how much did I just lose” and “I should’ve seen this coming.”

24/04/2026: I highly recommend this place! The sandwiches are delicious (excellent value for money) and the welcome is always very warm!

24/12/2025: Yesterday, I visited the store hoping to buy some traditional Greek pastries: melomakarona and kourabiedes. While I did find kourabiedes, I couldn't find any real melomakarona... and for good reason: the ones they had were made without syrup and without nuts. I admit I've seen many variations, but this one takes the cake. It's almost shameful to sell such a thoroughly adulterated product. Obviously, I didn't buy them—those simple biscuits—and went to Mavrommatis. There, I bought the authentic product and told them about the incident. The two salespeople were speechless, and one of them called the manager, who explained that it was because the Thessalia store had refused to buy the syrup. It's a disgrace. If they had any respect for themselves, they would have been better off not offering this product at all.

16/11/2025: I've known this place for a few years and I usually go during the week. However, I made the mistake of going on a Saturday, being in the neighborhood. It was a mistake on my part because my sandwich, made by a young man, was terrible. It was full of oil, the ingredients were unbalanced, and the bread was completely broken. When I bit into it, I left half of it on the tray. A female employee was there when I arrived, but she left as soon as I got there, leaving her colleague alone to handle the cash register and make the sandwiches. I won't be going back on Saturdays. I deducted stars for the atmosphere because the two people there weren't welcoming or pleasant; I got the impression I was bothering them. Disappointing.

22/03/2026: I just learned that this place has reopened, which for me was much more than just a bar, betting shop, or restaurant. It was a meeting place, authentic, friendly, and open to everyone all year round in an area where other establishments are unfortunately often closed. The traditional cuisine was truly excellent and inexpensive. Without any airs, the place operated the same way in winter as in summer, which bothered some people who need extra attention to be paid to their hospitality. A big thank you and best of luck to Duduche and his team. We've lost a place that was part of this town's identity.
