11/05/2026: A very nice hotel, with ongoing renovations to expand the spa, which should further enhance its quality. The room we stayed in was pleasant, with very comfortable bedding. My only complaint about this hotel is the price of the extras: a small bottle of water is offered, sourced from the Essonne department (91)... while we are right next to the Lisbeth spring, where a small bottle costs €4.50, despite the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, the prices at the lounge bar are also outrageous.
But overall, it's a beautiful place in a magnificent region.
11/05/2026: Having been regular visitors for the past two years, we were surprised to find a lack of quality in the aperitif offerings at the lounge bar, which have been drastically reduced to the bare minimum, and also a reduction in breakfast options.
However, we appreciated being upgraded on our last visit.

The food was good. The dessert was good.
16/05/2026: A warm welcome, discreet and efficient service. A limited menu of dishes and wine, at reasonable prices. The seasoning of the scallop carpaccio was perfectly balanced. However, the beef tataki was far too overcooked. A real disappointment.

22/03/2026: Very pleasant and friendly place where you can spend a good evening dancing. Excellent cuisine.
04/03/2026: The atmosphere at this establishment is excellent. The ambiance is as always, with marching, waltzing, tango...
However, I found the bill a bit high for the meal served. But hey, it's not Valentine's Day every day...

22/04/2026: The welcome was extremely cold, unpleasant, and rude. In the end, we didn't stay to eat because it was so unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend it!! Avoid it at all costs, given their lack of friendliness.

Faire aussi bien , avec goût et avec de bons produits dans un lieu touristique, ce n’est pas souvent et je dis donc Bravo
Accueil , parfait , plat parfait
Rien à dire , très content de notre choix en descendant du point culminant
29/07/2024: De passage dans le coin et arrêté par le temps durant une randonnée moto, nous avons été agréablement surpris ma compagne et moi par cet établissement!
En effet, les produits sont locaux et fait maison, le service est familier mais très agréable, on se sent comme à la maison, un chocolat chaud à la main (servis dans un bol et non une tasse pour plus de plaisir 🤤!!).
Mention spéciale à la tarte à la rhubarbe et la chantilly maison, excellente !!
Nous y reviendrons lors de nos prochaines randonnées mécaniques avec le plaisir non dissimulé d’y goûter le miel local et les autres spécialités à disposition 😉
