31/08/2024: One star is already too many. Twice already I have been refused entry while people behind me have been allowed to pass without reservation, claiming that everything is reserved even though a table in front of us did not have the title “Reserved”. Such an attitude is unacceptable and intolerable in a brand such as Alba ice cream. It is unacceptable in 2024 to put customers aside when you have room.
It is to be avoided.
