13/02/2026: Disappointment regarding the standard and level of service We booked our stay using a gift voucher (overnight stay and meals already paid for). While the natural setting is pleasant, we noticed a significant gap between the advertised standard and the reality upon arrival: the comfort of the room, the facilities, and the immediate surroundings. This discrepancy led us to leave the establishment after about thirty minutes, without using any of the services. Despite this immediate departure and the complete absence of any services, management charged us €70 for a spa access scheduled for the following day. No compensation was offered despite our email exchanges. A disappointing experience, marked by a rigid reception that was hardly in line with the expectations associated with this type of establishment.

18/01/2026: New restaurant in a quiet, predominantly residential area. Large dining room with tables of varying sizes. As a pre-booked group, we were able to enjoy the different tarte flambées. They were all perfect! Instead of dessert, we were served a tarte flambée topped with thin strips of fresh apples with cinnamon and sugar! 😋 Very friendly and competent staff.
