18/11/2025: I'm revisiting an experience I had in August, during which I had the opportunity to eat several times at this restaurant, L'Écurie. Each visit left me with the same impression: that of a place where you immediately feel welcome, almost as if you were returning to a vacation home. Andrea's family is exceptionally warm, always ready to share an anecdote or a piece of their region's history, with a natural generosity that can't be faked. The cuisine reflects those who prepare it: local, authentic, and bursting with flavors that speak for themselves. And for those who enjoy discovery, a few touches of Asian inspiration sometimes elevate the dishes, with a surprising finesse that works wonderfully. Nothing is forced; everything is just right. You eat delicious, balanced dishes, prepared with talent and a lot of heart. The view adds even more to the magic of the place. A picturesque and authentic landscape, the kind of setting that perfectly complements a cuisine full of character. It's a place that deserves to be savored, to take the time to breathe, to savor, to chat with this family, proud of their region and their Corsica, and also proud to offer simple, honest, and deeply engaging cuisine. 03/09/2024: Very very cute The rooms are nice and spacious The swimming pool is quite large and very well kept. The staff including the owners are kind and friendly

02/09/2024: Very clean hotel, very pleasant room, magnificent swimming pool, super welcoming and attentive staff, great breakfast!! Very quiet place. I totally recommend it for a wonderful stay.

09/09/2024: Très bon restaurant, bon accueil et gentillesse. Carte avec des plats maison pas trop imposante et bien faite. Feuilleté d épinard et fêta avec salade de tomates très bon. Salle intérieure sympa et terrasse devant sur la rue passante mais ce n est pas gênant.

14/08/2024: Google said they are open until 11PM, website said they were open until 11PM. We show up at 10PM and the place is closed, with just a few tables outside and two fellas telling us they're done for the day.

01/07/2024: Sehr nettes Lokal, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, viele einheimische zum Mittagessen hier, man sitzt irgendwie gemütlich unter Bäumen direkt neben der Tankstelle, das Essen was sehr lecker und preislich Ok
