20/08/2026: The meal was excellent; we opted for the lunchtime set menu, which was great value for money. We ate very well, and the portions were very generous. The staff were pleasant, and the terrace was lovely. We'll definitely be back to try the menu, which looked very tempting.
06/08/2026: I really liked this restaurant; it's not flashy or festive, the dishes are very well prepared and delicious, and the service is excellent.

19/04/2026: I trusted Jeannot again for my birthday in the Gers region, and what a joy! They all loved it. Before dessert, we had a Brie de Meaux, a goat cheese log from Kyrya and Franck de Bax in Haute-Garonne, and a Comté from the Ain dairy, Seigne Martin. For 45 years, Jeannot has been reserving his summer cheeses two years in advance – truly wonderful!

The Drive is sluggish, it took over 15 minutes to get through to someone at the intercom, and the staff were rude. QED

Multiple mistakes with the dishes and a long wait to get them back on track
45 minutes to get a bottle of wine, practically for dessert!
Charcuterie board served with half a sausage... not sliced
Bottle of water ordered and never arrived
No attention to detail (no bread, no water...)
Also note that the restaurant only opens at 7:30 pm and the gates are literally closed until opening time, leaving customers on the street. In this case, the gates were finally opened at 7:40 pm.
It's a shame, good concept and decent food but the customer approach leaves much to be desired which gives a disappointing experience and a bitter taste for the customer.

And you even have the chance to be served by Sadourny himself… in addition to being a great rugby player, he's a lovely person!

03/07/2026: Sadly, I feel compelled to give a one star review for this property when it could have been a five star review. The room and hotel were great-looking. However, when we arrived at our room, it smelled strongly of what can only be described as a "burned electrical wire" type of smell. It was so strong we had the front desk attendant come up and check, and he agreed. It wasn't from outside, or in the hallway. But it was very strong in our room.
After 30 minutes of tolerating it and starting to feel nauseous, we decided that we had to leave and find another hotel to stay at, as they had no other rooms available to move us to. We asked for a refund of the money spent and were denied that request by hotel management. They had an electrician inspect the room and found no problem. Which is fine, but the smell was there. It was strong. And it was confirmed by the hotel employee. If that isn't enough of a reason to refund a Rewards Member who has patronized Best Western properties many times over the past 6 months, than I don't know what is...
I will say that the front desk attendant was super helpful, kind and supportive that evening.
Buyer beware, when patronizing this property if there is a problem with management.
27/05/2026: Great hotel, close enough to the airport to be convenient, without feeling like you're "on airport". Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble.
