I trusted Jeannot again for my birthday in the Gers region, and what a joy! They all loved it. Before dessert, we had a Brie de Meaux, a goat cheese log from Kyrya and Franck de Bax in Haute-Garonne, and a Comté from the Ain dairy, Seigne Martin. For 45 years, Jeannot has been reserving his summer cheeses two years in advance – truly wonderful!

04/09/2026: At the fisherman's inn, we received a very warm welcome from the entire team. The meal was excellent. The apple tiramisu was to die for. A big thank you to everyone!
