30/01/2026: Absolutely incredible. I had a really great meal and the value for money is absolutely fantastic. I went with friends and the service was very quick. The only slight drawback is the lack of a suggestion box. But otherwise, it's amazing!
26/01/2026: A small restaurant in Chaumont that's well worth a visit for its unique atmosphere and the warm welcome from the waitresses. A simple menu is a sign of quality, and the daily special lives up to expectations. Highly recommended.

18/12/2025: I didn't book a room but a seminar room, and it was one of the best I've ever used. The room has two long tables, one with a projection screen, and a relaxation area next to it. The hotel's decor is very attractive and perfectly suited to Chaumont. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. I highly recommend it!
23/10/2025: A truly exceptional welcome! I came on October 3rd and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Even when I wasn't feeling well and was sick, the ladies in the service were incredibly kind, without any judgment. They took care of me with great attention and kindness. It's not everywhere you find such human service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your understanding and your smile. I highly recommend this place just for the quality of the team's heart.

09/02/2026: On Sunday, a friend invited me to this restaurant I hadn't been to before, and what a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, friendly and very professional waiters, impeccable service, a very good menu, and above all, absolutely delicious food.
Everything was perfect; give it a try!

02/01/2026: The "vigneronne" salad was terrible: two loose lettuce leaves, two pieces of Gruyère cheese, and a few very, very light croutons! The pasta carbonara was served on an Arcopal dessert plate, and the whole thing was tasteless and watery! The wait between courses was interminable. Furthermore, the waitress wasn't very friendly and kept sucking her thumbs. Avoid at all costs!

27/01/2026: Delivery drivers who can't even speak French and don't know how to use an intercom... They're already incredibly slow inside the restaurant (it's supposed to be a fast-food place, not a slow-food one...). There are never any croissants in the morning, and their self-service kiosks never work (you won't see that in other cities, thankfully). For the price, they could do better with their delivery service. The sauces were always missing, there was a 25-minute wait before the order left the restaurant after it was marked "ready" on the app, the delivery driver didn't speak French (how can you give simple instructions to someone who doesn't understand a word and doesn't speak your language?), and I almost missed my last order even though I was home and ready for almost an hour... The food arrived cold, without sauces, and with the drink half-spilled on the fries... Plus, having to run around trying to get my order with a driver who didn't understand a word and didn't know how to use the intercom? No thanks... In short, for the price we pay for delivery, they could at least pay a little attention and deliver properly with drivers who can communicate in the language (I tried English, that didn't work either...). A disgrace. I do not recommend it!

01/02/2025: Great little restaurant, limited seating, so a friendly atmosphere is guaranteed. Excellent service; we were informed that our dish would take 40 minutes to cook, and while we waited, we were offered four amuse-bouches and a delicious leek and potato soup! The main course and dessert were incredible, thank you. Excellent value for money.

09/11/2023: Following a car breakdown, my assistance put me up for one night in this hotel.
I was given the suite, very clean, at first glance nice but no heating (it showed 14°8), I had to ask for an auxiliary radiator. In the second bedroom for children no radiator is provided. The one in the master bedroom should not be covered but if you close the curtains it is behind it and therefore unusable.
There is a basket with extra pillows, a good idea in principle but how do you know how long they have been there and if they have not already been used
In the morning I had the displeasure of discovering that breakfast had been canceled by my assistance and the way the boss told me this by offering it to me did not make me want to accept, however. I would have greatly appreciated it after spending a good part of the evening...
The following night I refused to go back, the bedding was good but that's not everything
31/10/2023: I came to eat lunch with friends at the L'Étoile d'or restaurant, the setting is nice with a very beautiful fireplace at the back of the restaurant.
The staff is pleasant and the meal was very good and plentiful.
I recommend.

Accueil irréprochable, chambres à l’hygiène irréprochables.
