20/05/2026: A very pleasant and peaceful place with a lake view and a lovely private terrace adjoining the room. The cuisine is delicious, with dishes that are a delightful and enriching experience for the palate. The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you are near Langres, a charming citadel town well worth exploring.

10/05/2026: Excellent experience, very welcoming team and a superb menu
08/05/2026: I was served a Caesar salad where the lettuce was past its prime, practically rotten, and when I pointed it out, there was no reaction other than to say I wasn't the only one who noticed it, but no apology or discount. I won't be going back.
