An excellent restaurant where we enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking the lake. The cuisine was original, flavorful, and creative. The service was discreet, professional, and efficient. The wine selection perfectly complemented the experience. A very pleasant interlude during our week in Langres. A top choice in the area.

Very nice, quiet location. Better suited for a leisure stay, I think, but not for an overnight stop. The bedding could use replacing; it's a bit uncomfortable. The welcome, location, and service were impeccable!

Originally from the Haute-Marne region, I had never had the chance to discover this establishment. And what a pleasant surprise! Beyond the magnificent setting overlooking Lake Liez, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, meticulous service, and delicious cuisine with perfect seasoning. We truly had a wonderful time. I should clarify that my review only concerns the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. In any case, I highly recommend it!

The food is very good and the location is beautiful, right on the lake. The restaurant is expensive, but it's worth it because the quality is there. I didn't stay at the hotel, so my rating only concerns the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us even though we were soaked from the rain. If you're passing through, I recommend stopping by; you won't regret it.

09/06/2026: We went to this establishment on a Sunday for lunch. The terrace was full, and despite that, we were welcomed with a smile. We ordered two chicken skewers marinated in lemon, which were excellent. We were served by a very friendly young waitress, and the owner came to check on us to see if everything was alright. I highly recommend this place. Very welcoming and a beautiful view of the lake.
