A very pleasant and peaceful place with a lake view and a lovely private terrace adjoining the room. The cuisine is delicious, with dishes that are a delightful and enriching experience for the palate. The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you are near Langres, a charming citadel town well worth exploring.

Very nice, quiet location. Better suited for a leisure stay, I think, but not for an overnight stop. The bedding could use replacing; it's a bit uncomfortable. The welcome, location, and service were impeccable!

Originally from the Haute-Marne region, I had never had the chance to discover this establishment. And what a pleasant surprise! Beyond the magnificent setting overlooking Lake Liez, everything was impeccable: a warm welcome, meticulous service, and delicious cuisine with perfect seasoning. We truly had a wonderful time. I should clarify that my review only concerns the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. In any case, I highly recommend it!

The food is very good and the location is beautiful, right on the lake. The restaurant is expensive, but it's worth it because the quality is there. I didn't stay at the hotel, so my rating only concerns the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us even though we were soaked from the rain. If you're passing through, I recommend stopping by; you won't regret it.
