04/01/2024: Super cute cafe, great staff and amazing decorations <3 After our little round trip through old town Luxeuil we saw this cafe and thought there is nothing more typical french than this little treasure. We enjoyed some rest while having a crêpe, cappucchino and a limonade . Everything was very good and fresh. Simply loved it and I will defenately come again once I'm in Luxeuil-les-Bains. <3

26/03/2024: From spring to autumn, the Auberge des 1000 étangs offers seasonal bistronomic cuisine,... We start the year with frogs, we continue with crayfish then we move in the fall towards game after a few detours towards the pike perch or pigeon (extraordinary pigeon!!)
The 2024 frogs menu is as delicious and generous as ever (aperitif terrine, frogs, dandelions, donuts, black forest ham, desserts...and schnapps). It's not cheap, but the frogs here are fresh, wonderfully cooked, and don't come from Romania...
For the rest, there is no nicer place to have lunch in the region and the family service is efficient and friendly.

08/01/2024: After 5 visits in 2023, we enjoy it every time! The products are of very good quality, served generously, and well cooked!! There should be a place like the Café des Abattoirs in every city! We come from Lausanne and spend a lovely day with friends at Vincent's! A delight . Can't wait to go back, if you like offal and generous cuisine, this is the right place. Chris

21/03/2024: If you are looking for a quiet place in Luxeuil, it is the right choice. When you arrive at night, Mr. Florent will greet you and provide excellent assistance. There is plenty of space for car parking

09/03/2024: Simple restaurant without fuss, you will be comfortable there with your family, including very young children. Better to book if there are a lot of you. The quality is on the plate (only local), the dishes are well presented.

29/02/2024: Very warm welcome with a caring boss and good couscous. However, I am removing a star because despite the royal couscous that I had taken, they insisted on making me pay an extra euro so that I could leave with what I had not eaten there (doggy bag). The doggy bag was a simple plastic package. I find it excessive, especially when you have just ordered one of the most expensive dishes on the menu… Apart from this negative point, the rest was very good!
