Le Refuge sur Cordon

We came for dinner on the day the new owners took over. We had a Savoyard fondue. It was excellent, the view of Mont Blanc is incredible, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly! The place is also very pretty and beautifully decorated! So we came back the next day for lunch and had a ribeye steak. It was also excellent, melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly cooked. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area again. Thank you to all the staff and see you soon! 👋

We stumbled upon this mountain refuge by chance during our weekend getaway. We were expecting a rather old-fashioned place, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover on our first evening a completely renovated refuge, tastefully decorated, with a reasonably priced menu reflecting a clearly improved standard! We thoroughly enjoyed a fondue, and a special mention goes to the kindness and hospitality of the owners.

Superb restaurant! If you want to eat well, be well served, and have a stunning view, go for it!! Thank you for the delicious meal! The staff is fantastic!

A warm welcome from a team delighted to see you arrive and incredible service. Impeccable food quality. The bare minimum, you might say, in the restaurant business… but far too rare not to mention when it's found here! And an incredible terrace overlooking the Mont Blanc mountain range.

Great restaurant, top-notch service, attentive and always cheerful, and quality products – we had a wonderful meal! We were quite full at the end, as you can see in the photos 🧀
