04/04/2024: If paradise exists in Gets, it is surely here that it has taken up residence.
The setting is superb and has a real soul.
The rooms are cozy, spacious, comfortable.
The bedding is excellent.
A superb corner terrace overlooking the slopes and the village (for “Gentiane”).
Gargantuan breakfast with special mentions for the Brioche Perdue and the Scrambled Eggs.
The restaurant's cuisine is more than good; excellent would be the right word.
Very nice wine list.
The Spa is there and is a real plus after a day of skiing. 🎿
The owners and all the teams will take care of you.
We had our best time in the mountains 🏔️.
Thank you for all this kindness; we felt in a bubble of kindness.

26/03/2024: Magnificent hotel, everything is perfect, the breakfast offers everything that is possible in a breakfast, the SPA is superb, the bedding very comfortable, well done!

18/03/2024: Very comfortable stay - spacious and clean rooms. Hotel has a relaxed feel and is in prime location, 5 min from ski hire and the lifts. Opposite is a nice bakery.
Very friendly staff, Vicky and all the others on reception are great.
There is a €10 fee to use spa which I think should have been included in price of hotel.
08/03/2024: Our 3rd stay at Chamois D'Or and we had a lovely time. Staff are excellent, rooms are well looked after and we enjoyed the steam room!
Breakfast was superb!!!
Hoping to come back again in 2025

The bread, ingredients inside are good quality and tasty.
Also the accompanying fries.
Good cooking.
A varied choice, there is something for everyone, with mountain versions of local cheeses for purists.

Succulent homemade fries.

22/03/2024: A pleasant evening at Les Durs à Cuire!
Already the interior decoration is very pretty, I love it!
With my girlfriend, we shared a delicious salmon tataki as a starter, followed by simple but tasty main dishes: the veal chop with polenta was delicious, as was the duck tournedos. The desserts were also very good. A satisfying culinary experience in a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

22/02/2024: Nice restaurant, but a bit of a closed-in feeling in the dining booths. Service excellent, food also good, only the desserts were downright bad. Cafe gourmand needs an upgrade...

06/04/2024: Excellent atmosphere, extraordinary and warm staff and managers, superb music 🎶 Top DJ. I recommend this atmospheric bar with my eyes closed. Very reasonable prices for drinks compared to other places... frankly I would come back every time I come to this station.

A place where they know how to set the bar on fire! I highly recommend this establishment! 😊

06/03/2024: We went for a drink with 7 friends. The atmosphere of the bar is more like a tea room, calm, a little formal.
Prices are expensive for all drinks.
My hot lemon was average, with white sugar and too foamy.
Next year, I will try to find another bar even if the owners have been nice!

Varied choice for breakfast.
Small downside: Aging swimming pool area, HS jacuzzi

22/03/2024: We spent a memorable evening at La Pivote as a family. The warm atmosphere of the restaurant allowed us to sing accompanied by an accordionist and share unforgettable moments. The food was delicious, with local dishes that satisfied all members of the family. The service was also impeccable, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. A highly recommended experience for those looking for the perfect combination of good food, friendly atmosphere and family fun.

31/01/2024: Ahhh the French waiters...true to themselves: unpleasant as possible and bad atmosphere.
We consume, we have fun but apparently we are more expensive than anything else. We ask to put on some music because the playlist isn't crazy, we say to the waiter in a humorous tone "sorry we're bothering you with the music" the waiter "yes you're bothering us"
Very commercial.
We thought that seasonal workers were nicer than mountain dwellers, but apparently not.
Thank you for the evening but it will certainly be the only one.
