Super friendly welcome, splendid and intimate interior setting with even a small fireplace, exceptional outdoor setting (view of Mont Blanc), simple, regional meal and also very good and plentiful. Access to the site on foot, by bike or by all-terrain vehicle (easy 4X4 route).
Not obligatory, but I think it is better to reserve in advance (obligatory for the fondue)
I can only highly recommend this refuge.

A very good meal in a pleasant setting with a super friendly welcome.
A short and efficient menu, quality, homemade dishes at moderate prices.
We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish and had a great time.
The location of the restaurant also allows for beautiful digestive walks.. Sallanches, Combloux

A generous plate, local products!
What could be better?
03/05/2025: We had lunch outside in the courtyard behind the restaurant which is a place full of charm and freshness, the simplicity of the tables and chairs gives it a very warm feel. The food is delicious, we ate two salads full of good, well-crafted produce!
I recommend this restaurant to everyone, you can enter with your eyes closed!

17/09/2024: We chose this restaurant because of its magnificent facade. We chose a foudue which was very filling. The couple is very friendly even though our son was running everywhere! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are passing through Sallanches.

19/07/2024: The pizza dough is really delicious and the topping is just as delicious!
We tried the sweet pizzas for dessert, they are as good as the savory ones.
If you could have just a little more choice in drinks at the truck that would be great.
I recommend, 5* deserved

18/05/2024: Our Saturday evening meeting with both children and lovers, this little pizzeria is incredible. We sometimes buy from the distributor when we are not in Sallanches, they are just as good.
Cooking over a wood fire, fresh produce and a Bambino variation of the entire menu will delight children. The tiramisu are excellent and the prices are very reasonable!
Just a small downside on the vegetarian one taken last Friday which was a little undercooked. But this is the first time this has happened. ☺️

13/11/2024: 1 star because we can't give 0 I ate yesterday today I have food poisoning I'm just vomiting nausea and I'll spare you my comments the meat was already very dry and a taste that didn't have the taste of meat at all!!! Either we do things properly or we don't, I'll never go back there again

24/08/2024: A great stay at Refuge Mayeres
For the first time I visited the alturface and stayed there for one night. It was a particularly beautiful experience. The fantastic view of Mont Blanc, especially at sunset, cannot be described in words, it must be experienced. Robert Martinatto and his wife, who welcomed me very warmly, run the Refuge de Mayeres, a particularly authentic and well-kept refuge, where an excellent and varied dinner in friendly company completed the great overall impression. My conclusion: Highly recommended!

14/09/2024: As someone who loves savory foods, I enjoyed a delicious little ham and mushroom pizza which I enjoyed cold. There is also a large choice of pastries but also salads, sandwiches, etc. that can be heated and have room to sit.

It is rare to find bars today where each beer is served as it should be: good glass, good temperature etc.... thank you I will come back
