13/08/2026: At the McDonald's near Gare de l'Est in Paris, they forgot a milkshake in my order and gave me a single burger instead of a double. For a €25 order, they took 30 minutes. This doesn't happen every time, but today the service was appalling. Remember the good employees and keep the bad ones to avoid getting ripped off. Take care.

17/08/2026: Once again, very disappointed. It was impossible to log in to our loyalty account, the table service via QR code was malfunctioning, and we had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee and a muffin. Avoid this place...

17/08/2026: Small order of €18 at 4:11 PM, served at 4:40 PM. One donut and one gourmet iced coffee latte were missing; after that, it took two attempts to get it complete. (Whipped cream and topping were missing.) The bubble tea was without the tapioca pearls; we had to ask for another one.

15/06/2026: Way too expensive! €3.60 for a slice of flan barely bigger than a ketchup stick! Cold welcome and a limp waitress.

26/06/2026: Whether it's the daily special or something else, they ask you to add a little pasta and a little vegetable oil. It's an extra charge because it's either pasta or vegetable oil, it's outrageous!! The vegetable oil is full of water, no sauce. The hamburger is overcooked and the pasta is watery with no sauce. AND FOR A TOTAL OF ALMOST €30! IT'S A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

12/07/2026: I went to the restaurant for lunch with two friends. To be honest, the food was very good, the portions were generous. The only thing that bothered me a lot was the waiter's rudeness! He was unpleasant. I apologize for the harsh rating, as the food was good, but service is part of running a restaurant.

30/05/2026: I usually get banh mi and chicken skewers. Today I had two chicken skewers. Sorry, but the skewers weren't fresh. The first few pieces were very dry. Otherwise, the banh mi was still as good as ever.

15/03/2026: Just good for a takeaway: good coffee, good sandwiches and lunch dishes. Very friendly staff.

28/01/2026: Maya's Café has become our weekly meeting place (Wednesdays with the kids). The food and coffee are very good. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are efficient, welcoming, and friendly. The location is ideal for shopping in the commercial area.

18/08/2026: After my drive-thru visit around 11 PM on August 17th, I found a hair in my Big Mac. I went back and asked to speak to a manager, and the only thing he told me was to pass the information along or offer some kind of compensation. As I explained, I didn't want anything, just that with my receipt, he would know who had prepared it and take the necessary steps to prevent it from happening again... Sorry, but the incompetent employee told me it had already happened to him. So much for the welcome and the wait, but seeing the manager, it's not surprising... One thing is for sure, I won't be going back, and I'll go to the northern part of town where they are more welcoming and competent!
