27/05/2026: I ordered a McChicken, but I received a fish burger. I calmly went to the counter to explain the problem and ask for an exchange. The burger was then handled by three employees with their bare hands, one of whom was very aggressive in his speech and behavior. They went to get the manager, but instead of clarifying the situation or apologizing, they gave me the same burger, claiming it was chicken, even though it clearly tasted like fish. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time, I ordered a regular McChicken and received a spicy burger. The staff refused to help me until they tasted the burger themselves and realized I was right. They only changed it after that, without even apologizing. On top of that, I had fries with cheddar cheese and no fork or utensil to eat them properly. I'm very disappointed with the service, the lack of respect for customers, and the staff's behavior.

27/05/2026: Takeaway at 1 am, warm welcoming and no pressure. Very rare in France.

02/11/2025: Ordered two burgers at €16 each, which were definitely not worth the price! Tiny and tasteless! They didn't even come with fries! Avoid at all costs!!

12/10/2025: Good kebabs 🥙 and tacos 🌮. Never had anything else (burgers, etc.) The staff is friendly and welcoming. I go there every time. I've been going there regularly (~10-15/year) for 6-7 years. I've never had any hygiene or health concerns for myself or my family. I've never eaten there, but there are 28 seats 😀 I recommend it. PS: Photos from August 23, 2025

09/03/2026: Is this a pizza 🍕 or a sheet of A4 paper? Non-existent topping... I don't know if you're trying to save money, but at this rate you're going to lose customers.

20/02/2026: I placed an order today on the Pizza Hut website (advertised at €24.90 for two Pizza Hut pizzas). I received an email saying the order had failed. I called them, and they confirmed my order would be ready in five minutes. I called back 25 minutes later to ask where the order was. They told me it would arrive in 10 minutes (the conversation was difficult since the person answering the phone barely spoke French). They called me back 10 minutes later to tell me that the delivery order cost €40 for two pizzas and that I would have to pick it up (I just had surgery and can't get around). They asked me, "So, are you coming or not?" I said, "But I can't, and why is it so expensive?" He replied, "Okay, goodbye," and hung up on me... a total lack of respect... I can't believe it.
