18/02/2026: We arrived at lunchtime, a party of three. Upon entering the restaurant, we waited five minutes without any staff member greeting us. We then crossed the room to announce our presence before being asked to wait again. Our starters were excellent: perfectly executed tartare and pastels. However, the two Dibi dishes were so heavily laden with fat that they were practically inedible. The alloco side dish consisted of only five slices of plantain, a particularly meager portion. We therefore ordered two extras. As for the fish, it was burnt on one side, making it partially inedible. We naturally mentioned these issues to the waiter, who passed them on to the kitchen. However, it seems the information didn't reach the waitress, who ignored our complaints. The plates were returned with the Dibi barely touched, the fish half-eaten, the bananas practically nonexistent, and just a handful of rice. This is regrettable, because when you choose to have lunch at a fine African restaurant, you expect a certain level of service and an experience worthy of the establishment.
