05/08/2026: Excellent pizza. I haven't had such good pizza in a very long time. You're greeted and welcomed incredibly warmly here; you immediately feel at home. The host truly lives up to his name and knows his business inside and out. If I ever have the chance to travel to Paris again, I'll make a special trip to Puteaux just for this pizza!

04/08/2026: Hello, we are a Spanish family. We went to eat at this restaurant yesterday. Mr. Antonio and the rest of the staff served us very kindly. The food was very good, and the portions of both pasta and pizzas were very generous. Excellent value for money. They have air conditioning. We really enjoyed it; it was excellent! Highly recommended! Thank you very much!

11/08/2026: Absolutely delicious! The tapioca had a great texture, and I thought it was really cool to be able to choose the sugar level in the drink. The place is so cute, it has a lovely atmosphere, and the owner is really nice :) I highly recommend it!

02/08/2026: Today I went to Paradis du Fruit. At the entrance, I waited three minutes before a man with braids, dressed all in white, came to seat me (I guessed he was a manager). Even worse, no greeting, no smile, nothing, practically asking why I was there. The welcome was abysmal. I was seated at a table near a register where the waitresses were slamming the drawers without paying any attention to the customers. When we ordered, the waitress didn't know the menu. We asked for information about a product, and we were given an answer as if we were regulars or as if we had created the menu ourselves. When we ordered, they told us we had a different product. While we were eating, the waitress complained about another customer, saying, "She's getting on my nerves..." And then, no goodbye or greeting when we left. The service needs improvement, and this isn't the first time.

19/07/2026: The food was absolutely incredible. Everything was exceptionally fresh and delicious. For my starter, I had the marinated sardines with garlic, and they were a real treat. It's almost a shame the menu changes so often, because I'd come back just to order that starter again! 😉 The staff is equally exceptional: attentive, warm, and very welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!

13/02/2026: Everything is great at Alain's, and it even rhymes! The menus are simple yet varied, and everything is made in-house. The price is very reasonable, even excellent value for money. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and Alain always has a joke ready. It's worth noting that Alain makes fantastic farewell parties and other dishes for events. After chatting, I learned he's a former pastry chef, so his skills are quite extensive.

06/08/2026: A truly beautiful place! Whether under the large interior glass roof (very cool, even in the middle of summer) or on the terrace, which offers a real escape from the city, the setting is extremely pleasant. The selection of starters is excellent, and the main courses are just as good and very generous. The table service is top-notch, with friendly, responsive waiters and minimal waiting. The only downside was the welcome. It was the complete opposite of the rest of the experience: cold and unfriendly. The person at the entrance, seated at the counter, preferred to finish what she was doing on her phone before attending to us, then continued checking her messages while escorting us to our table. A real disconnect from the rest of the meal.

10/08/2026: As a regular at Fratelini, I've always ordered the salmon pizza, which has consistently been served with a crème fraîche base. So, naturally, I ordered the same pizza again today, this time for takeout. After walking a few meters to sit down and eat, I was surprised to find that the pizza was now prepared with a tomato base. I went back to the restaurant simply to point out the mistake and ask for an exchange. To my astonishment, the manager, in a particularly condescending tone, replied before I could even explain the situation: "No, no exchange, otherwise it's going in the bin." It's not so much the mistake itself that bothers me, but rather the way the situation was handled. When a customer calmly points out an error, a minimum of listening and consideration seems like the least one can expect, especially in an establishment I frequent. I'm very disappointed by this experience and especially by the attitude adopted. A mistake can be corrected, but a poor welcome and a lack of respect towards a customer unfortunately leave a much worse impression.

After my purchases, I often receive samples and regularly have the opportunity to try new blends, which is a real bonus. A top-notch customer experience; I highly recommend it!
