Le manager joue littéralement à cache-cache dans le restaurant pour éviter de régler les problèmes.
A plusieurs reprises j'ai demandé a voir un responsable car le plat (Gnocchis scampi e Salmone) servi ne correspondait pas du tout à la description : absence de pesto et de tomates cerises, et le "saumon" était en réalité du poisson blanc. Le manager a insisté que le plat était conforme, ce qui est totalement faux.
La manière dont le personnel nous a parlé, avec agressivité, est déplorable et inacceptable.
Je ne recommande pas cette chaîne de restaurant à cause de cette mauvaise expérience !

1/10 juste pour la déco du restaurant.
Et puis la qualité ne vos pas le prix.

04/12/2024: For years I have been coming to this brasserie for lunch when I stay in Puteaux. The quality/price ratio is perfect for a restaurant in the Paris region. the dishes are varied and plentiful. And above all the welcome is very pleasant, the waitress is smiling, friendly and full of humor, as is the gentleman who runs the bar. I always come back with pleasure.

The dishes that are served are authentic and delicious, and home-cooked.
The welcome was genuine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the managers and waiters for their professionalism.
The general atmosphere is pleasant and traditional.
I always come back with pleasure to this popular place every week.

07/09/2024: A Nice traditional french cuisine in the neighborhood. The owner couples are nice ! Boeuf Tartare size is huge. Love the escargots. Apple dessert was just a -ok. We had a good time and will go again.

04/07/2025: Bar closes when it wants too. We were told 11pm. Tried to order a last drink at 10:45. We’re told no the bar is closed. We’d only just finished work. Had only had 1 drink and were in no way causing a problem. Dated hotel. Breakfast isn’t great. Rooms are ok at best. If this was in London it would be a 3 star hotel not 4. But hey. It’s Paris. What else should I expect…

So why not try Mégane’s new frozen chocolate recipe to accompany your meal?
Personally with a good book, installed in the mezzanine of the 1st floor, nice and warm, I haven't found better in the Valmy district of La Défense.

White bread (at least it could be cereal)
Scrambled egg mushroom puff pastry defrosted and not fresh given the puff pastry which crumbles when cut

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and a pastel de nata. Neither dish was fresh! The sandwich bread was charred, and it was certainly not dated that day and I'm not even talking about the pastel which was shriveled, and which clearly didn't taste like dessert either , done the same day. A shame considering the prices charged!!
