30/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, first time here today. The twisted pastry wasn't great, the defrosted flan was inedible with a strong, chemical taste. I wasn't familiar with this chain; first and last time. Shameful service, awful products at exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs.
06/12/2025: The flans are edible, the lemon éclairs are very dry, the financiers are doughy. The pastries are also dry, and the pain au chocolat don't rise. All of this is horribly expensive, due to the location and rent (and also the restaurant itself).

04/09/2024: The sandwiches on baguettes were great. The people were nice. I mistakenly picked a drink that was low sugar with artificial sweeteners and discovered it before opening. They were nice enough to let me exchange for another with sugar. Their prices are similar to the bakery near our hotel and the selection is very good. It is in a Kiosk and so they have to regularly haul out the garbage and bring in supplies. They can get crowded but usually catch up. Best place in the mall. Beware of the terrible mall toilet policy and system in the mall. They obviously cater to locals and need to have better machines to take your money.

08/01/2026: The place feels a bit like a cafeteria, but less noisy. The food is good; it's an all-you-can-eat buffet, and the choices might seem limited. The hosts are helpful and friendly.
10/12/2025: I still don't understand the prices at this restaurant.
They serve you steak tartare in a plastic container for €18... it's not a restaurant, it's just a microwave.
On the other hand, the Diet Coke was good.

30/09/2024: As always, always well received in this Nespresso store despite the heavy traffic. During my last visit it was a pleasure to chat with Veronique about the new coffee collections and the accompaniments.
The other specialists are also very welcoming.

28/01/2026: Beggars walking right through the middle of the coffee shop. That's not my experience at all.
17/01/2026: I wish to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at one of your establishments and, more broadly, recurring behaviors I have observed.
During my visit, the staff present were unpleasant and unprofessional, lacking courtesy and consideration for customers. The table I wished to use was dirty, and when I politely asked for it to be cleaned, the response was condescending, justified by the establishment's supposed "imminent closure," even though other customers were still present and the dining room was not properly prepared.
I would like to point out that this behavior does not appear to be an isolated incident: several online reviews mention similar incidents, some even stating that an employee shouted at a customer. This confirms that the problem is recurring and documented, and not a one-off occurrence. Respectful and professional service is the minimum expected in an establishment such as yours. Experiencing this type of behavior as a customer directly damages your establishment's image and cannot be tolerated. I urge you to review this situation and take the necessary steps to ensure that your clients receive the level of service and welcome they expect from us.

Good coffee. To improve it, I recommend roasting it less burnt... just roasted in order to taste the aromas even more. Too often it is burnt to give the taste of strong licorice. It's a shame. Stand out and you will see the difference. Cdlt.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered a set price of €6.90 which included a muffin and a coffee. The muffin was not good and the coffee was poorly made. I didn't even taste the milk, only the coffee and water. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service, and I am not sure I will return to your establishment.

01/08/2024: Unpleasant on the phone. Does not accept payment by restaurant ticket card on the internet or even at the counter. I wanted an offer for 2 pizzas for 14eur and they only offered it online. The team didn't try to help me. Very long service at least 30min for two pizzas there was no one else. I do not recommend this dominoes.
