Le Jardin aux Sources
Brissac
29/05/2026: Excellent meal and impeccable service, the chef was super pleasant.
24/05/2026: We had a wonderful time; the concept of guessing what you're eating is very interesting, and you quickly get caught up in the game.
And the food is excellent, refined, and showcases all the ingredients beautifully.
The setting is just as lovely: calm, relaxing, and authentic.

Mas de Coulet Auberge
Brissac
25/06/2026: A magical and enchanting place!
Our initial infatuation with the wedding venue was more than confirmed on our big day!!!
The accommodations are simply incredible; everyone was captivated by the enchantment of the estate.
And that's not even mentioning Yann's kindness and unfailing helpfulness...
29/05/2026: A magical place in the heart of the garrigue that allowed us to reunite with the entire family (four generations). This location offers opportunities for everyone to spend time together (terrace, garden, pool) but also moments of tranquility and activity for everyone, young and old. And our host, Yann, is delightful, discreet, and incredibly efficient.

L'arboussede

26/08/2026: There were three of us, and the owner didn't welcome us in a very cold manner.
What a shame! Especially at the end of the tourist season.
18/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise! The restaurant was welcoming, the food was good, and reasonably priced. Lunch on the terrace was very enjoyable.
I recommend it.
