If you're passing through Brissac, don't hesitate to stop at this restaurant. The food is excellent, homemade with seasonal ingredients. You have a choice of three starters, three main courses, and three desserts. Plus, the portions are generous! Very friendly service.

What a pleasant surprise to discover this place located near the beautiful church and park. The homemade dishes are delicious and generous, and to finish, we happily enjoyed a memorable Paris-Brest. All this for a very reasonable price: a full menu for €22. Everything was absolutely perfect for sharing a moment with friends. "L'Arboussède" truly brightened up a winter day. We will gladly return when the weather is warmer. Thank you for the warm welcome and a big thank you again to the chef.
