Excellent meal and impeccable service, the chef was super pleasant.

We had a wonderful time; the concept of guessing what you're eating is very interesting, and you quickly get caught up in the game. And the food is excellent, refined, and showcases all the ingredients beautifully. The setting is just as lovely: calm, relaxing, and authentic.

We had a lovely lunch at the Jardin aux Sources restaurant. The setting is charming (the restaurant is located within a spa hotel complex), but don't be fooled: behind the garden's tranquility lies a certain "house rigor." Here, they don't mess around with organization! Everything is meticulously planned. You get the feeling that if a mint leaf decided to point left rather than right, it would probably face a disciplinary hearing. Joking aside, it's precise, it's beautiful, and above all, it's delicious (special mention for the wine selection). A place where discipline is a pleasure to savor. We'll be back... trying to maintain good posture!

A superb restaurant that deserves a Michelin star. A journey of flavors culminating in a dessert tree reminiscent of a fireworks display. Very good and affordable wine. Impeccable welcome and service. It was fantastic!

A superb place where we dined and stayed. Access to the spa while staying on-site is excellent, and the facilities are impeccably maintained. The welcome and staff are perfect. We ordered two six-course menus: one entirely savory and the other half savory and half sweet. All the dishes were beautifully presented, with excellent quality ingredients and flavors. The chef, who came to the dining room to explain his dishes, was very approachable. The room and its amenities perfectly complement the setting and are of high quality. If we had to find one point that could be improved, in our opinion, it would be the bed. Being a double (140 cm), it should be a bit small compared to current standards. Overall, it was perfect, and we will gladly return once we have moved to the château!
