23/10/2026: We went to the McDonald's in Lattes this Wednesday, October 21st, around 4 PM. It's unpleasant to arrive at a restaurant where the bins are overflowing, there's paper everywhere in the dining area and on the patio. A dispenser beeped throughout our entire meal simply because of a paper jam! The tables were filthy; we had to ask someone to clean one for us. And that's not even mentioning the cold fries we asked to change and the mistake they made when modifying a hamburger. What really shocked us was that no one reacted; perhaps we just arrived at a bad time! It's true that towards the end of our meal, a manager came over and addressed the various issues, but it was a bit too late for us. This isn't just to criticize for the sake of criticizing, but simply to encourage you to take action internally and put things in place to ensure your customers are welcomed in a pleasant environment.

22/10/2026: This is a place where you know exactly what you're getting. Fast food, eaten with your fingers. Let's not even talk about the taste; there's nothing to say. This type of place is for when you really need a quick meal, but it offers no more enjoyment than the school cafeteria. As for the atmosphere, well, there isn't one. But a visit to this establishment will give you a glimpse into how and why Americans are the way they are.

18/03/2026: I regularly stay at the Eurotel in Pérols for work, and the experience is always impeccable. The staff is incredibly attentive, with a special mention for Maeva, who is always there and takes care of us with great professionalism and kindness. The restaurant menu is varied and the dishes are excellent. In short, an establishment with very good value for money that I recommend without hesitation.

17/03/2026: Clean, very pleasant welcome, attentive staff. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Adjustable and functional room heating. Equipped with Canal+. Location as expected. The hotel has adopted a cat; she's affectionate, it's charming.

28/08/2026: This is the first Subway I've seen that was dirty and neglected. I won't be going back.

25/08/2026: Absolutely filthy, avoid at all costs! When I went, there were no napkins left, an empty tissue box had been placed on the counter, the drinks machine wasn't working… nothing was right! The restaurant was empty. I hope I don't get sick!

28/09/2026: The waitress couldn't give me what I ordered, a lemon meringue pie; when I opened it to eat, I found myself with a chestnut pie.

10/09/2026: A wonderful discovery: Chouccitan Bakery! Baguettes, poppy seed bread, pain au chocolat, chorizo/goat cheese croque monsieur, and coffee ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ Everything is delicious, and the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

04/10/2026: Not pleasant. The staff were probably tired during the week, and the customers weren't very nice on a Sunday. The toilets were old and dirty, and yet that's what demonstrates the restaurant's cleanliness.

26/09/2026: The staff were smiling, friendly, and took the time to help customers. Thank you to them for their welcome. However, I was surprised by a situation I witnessed during my meal. A person I understood to be the manager, seated near me, was loudly calling out to employees from his table. As a customer, I would have found it more pleasant if these professional exchanges had been conducted more discreetly. I also overheard comments about a customer who had taken a little longer at the checkout. She seemed to be discovering how the establishment operated, and the cashier took the time to explain things to her, which I found very professional. These exchanges, audible from my table, simply left me with a rather negative impression, even though the staff's attitude was very pleasant. It would be appreciated if interactions between managers, employees, and customers remained as courteous and discreet as possible.
