17/12/2025: First impression: atrocious. But we decided to stay anyway because we were hungry. We were right and don't regret it. From the moment we arrived, the young waitress was unpleasant, making it clear we weren't welcome. I've never experienced such a terrible welcome. Fortunately, we were then served by a young man who was incredibly kind and professional. That's why we don't regret staying, because the food was good and the gentleman was so warm. However, I wouldn't wish being served by the young waitress on anyone. Her bitterness was rarely seen, she was disrespectful, and certainly not professional. What a shame.

20/01/2026: A terrible experience!!!! At Château des Carrasses
We called at the end of the second week of January 2026 to reserve a table for 8 people for Friday, January 16th. At 12:30 PM as agreed, we arrived at the château on January 16th: Surprise!!!!
No one was there to greet us, and the restaurant was closed. We called again: our reservation had been transferred to Château de Serjac without our knowledge or consent. Château des Carrasses was closed until February 3rd, the only excuse given by the receptionist.
A very unpleasant surprise for a birthday meal. We had to improvise at 12:45 PM with 8 people, which was very difficult!
To this day, we have received no apology from Château des Carrasses. What more can be said about such an establishment!!!

17/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine dans un cadre typique de la région au bord du canal du Midi.
Réservation conseillée et c'est mieux d'arriver juste avant l'ouverture pour être placé où l'on souhaite.
Service digne des très grands restaurants.
Menu à 28 euros avec un cocktail maison, 35€ par personne au final, très bon rapport qualité prix! Peut être un bémol sur la cuisson des viandes, et des desserts qui manquent de peps même si la présentation des entrées et plats en mettent plein la vue! Je recommande sans hésiter!
16/08/2024: Le cadre est superbe au bord du canal du midi. Une très belle ambiance. Le personnel est sensationnel, à lbecoute, très professionnel, attentif et sérieux.
Les plats sont esthétique très soignés, parfait même, le goût est au rendez vous avec des produit travailler et d'une qualité incroyable.
Bravo au patron et à son équipe pour ce moment magistral que nous avons passeer en famille.
Impossible de ne pas découvrir ce restaurant incontournable.
