17/03/2024: Service client déplorable. Je mange une fois par semaine au Burger King dont je raffole. Ma critique porte uniquement sur le peu de considération apporté au client. Ce soir, j’ai tout de même dépensé 22,80€. En arrivant à mon domicile, je m’aperçois qu’il manque les King fries cheddar onion. Demi-tour, sur place, l’équipier me donne le produit manquant mais quand je lui dit que ma commande est froide, il m’a répondu qu’il ne peut rien faire. Je lui ai donc dit que je mangerai froid mais que ce serait la dernière fois chez eux. Le comble c’est que la jeune fille au drive s’était également trompée dans la King box. J’avais commandé onion rings et nuggets. J’ai eu chili cheese et nuggets… C’est ma deuxième mauvaise expérience en moins d’un mois…

28/03/2024: Company in decline and with management that leaves something to be desired, no recognition of your involvement, unfriendly, vulgar employee and tensions between themselves...capsule fallen to the ground which can be put back in the manufacturing and packaging process...in short a shame courage to customers Asians and Moroccans. Shift schedule but without shift bonus also which may be illegal on their part.. in short you will have understood that to flee. Correct for a food job if you have the heart set and ready to make you exploited.
