11/09/2024: Okay so where to start?
We took a room for 2, it was clean and frankly it's very good for only 2 people! There is a shower and everything you need inside!
The only downside is the noise. We were told not to make any noise so as not to disturb the others but from 8am his cry was loud & other! The staff didn't really respect their customers' sleep 😅
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed! And if I have any advice to give you, don’t fart, we hear you!😂
Otherwise apart from that if you are only 2 this is really the hotel where you should go!

08/09/2024: We had a great time. Top service, the staff were very kind and the pancakes were very good.
08/09/2024: For 4, 70€ in the trash.. salad not good in a bag, the mussels really didn't have any sauce... Dry on the grill let's not talk about it... Although let's talk about it... 1 hour to have frozen dry, "failed" powdered puree is inedible frozen vegetable.. industrial mayonnaise.. really no effort, got into a fight with the waitress because we took "carbo mussels" the waitress told us sorry they had don't do that. So I said, well, sorry, it's written on the slate behind you. She looked, but told us ah well sorry they said not like that at home but said mussels with bacon cream 🤣.... A real rascal in the kitchen..

29/09/2024: Les plats étaient très bon, service rapide une fois le commande prise.
Nous étions bien situé pour le 14 juillet !
Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu de carte pour choisir nos plats par manque.
21/09/2024: Expérience très décevante ! Nous étions 4. Apparemment la serveuse était over bookée… après avoir fait remarqué de façon très indélicate à l’un d’entre nous qu’il gênait son passage entre les tables (très serrées), elle a purement et simplement ignoré nos différents appels. Après le plat, nous avons attendu un grand moment que la table soit débarrassée. Quand enfin la serveuse a daigné venir à notre table, nous lui avons dit que nous étions très heureux de la revoir, ce qu’elle a très mal pris. Vu la tournure de la situation, nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert (la carte des desserts ne nous a d’ailleurs pas été proposée).

Very friendly, sweet service.
I have never eaten such a delicious creme brulee.
Atmosphere is very cozy.
11/09/2023: Run away ! The owner is unpleasant, it's very expensive for very small portions, the toppings are almost non-existent on the plate... really nothing exceptional.
I was disappointed by this restaurant.
The setting is pretty.

29/09/2024: Being the only ones to deliver to Valras, I ignored the negative reviews and ordered... Result: 29€ wasted, I would have been better off making them myself... Pizza certainly of a normal size, well stocked, but disgusting because they are way too salty! I ate two portions, the rest went in the trash. This will teach me to order from places rated 3/5....
27/08/2024: As vacationers in the area it was my first, apart from the price which I still find expensive (69€ for 4 senior pizzas) because being used to where I come from for senior pizza at 5€ and 6€ or at the formula ONE PIZZA PURCHASED = ONE FREE, we were satisfied with the quality of the pizza in terms of taste and level of topping generously dosed..... It took 2 halves (the same evening at dinner and the next day at lunch) to finish everything 👌🏾
Ps: it's cool that you still take paper restaurant tickets but please also switch to the restaurant ticket card so bring a bank card terminal

Our coke zero was out of date over a year.
The pizza sauce is so sickly sweet it's gross.
The lasagne was burnt to a crisp.
Chips are €6 per portion!
Water is also €6!
Absolutely ripped off and it was gross.
15/09/2024: Fuyez cet endroit , propriétaire aimable comme une porte de prison. Pizza infecte, vin imbuvable, et le pompon sur la pomponnette c'est la crêpe sous vide froide, c'est une blague !! Un cauchemar Fuyez ne rentrez pas dans ce restaurant oups non ce n'est pas restaurant mais une cantine.

25/08/2024: Chaque année, depuis des années!, je reviens au Maeva avec ma famille. Un service parfait (bravo aux serveurs ET serveuses de porter ces plateaux, un spectacle en soi!), de l’eau fraiche servie dès notre arrivée, toujours avec le sourire, et une qualité et variété des plats excellentes. Le midi comme le soir, on n’est jamais déçus, ce qui n’est pas le cas d’autres restos de cette rue. Bravo à toute l’équipe, vraiment, à chaque fois vous êtes à la hauteur. Bon travail!
Une fidèle cliente annuelle ;)
24/08/2024: We unfortunately ended up in this terrible tourist trap of a restaurant.
Staff were friendly at first when taking our orders.
We waited for our drinks which finally arrived, we had to ask 4 time for extra water before it was served.
I’d ordered 6 oysters, but our mains started arriving with no sign of the oysters.
My kids both ordered fish and chips, which turned out to be the worst kind of frozen fish, but identical in shape with crap mass produced batter.
My partner ordered mussels which were over cooked and dried up.
I ordered a sea bream which turned up RAW! Yes RAW. I sent my order back to be re cooked , then my oyster arrived which were tasty enough.
My family had finished there meal by the time my freshly cooked sea bream slapped down in front of me with no apology , only it wasn’t freshly cooked it was the same piece of fish that had clearly just been left on a hot plate which while cooking the fish had completely dried out the clams and mussels and rice which accompanied the sea bream.
To say I was disappointed was an understatement.
I tried to complain to several members of staff but was told they either didn’t understand what I was saying or would call a manager, who never came over.
I you are looking for a decent meal with good service I’d suggest going elsewhere

25/07/2024: Chaque année la carte augmente, nous y allons depuis 5 ans maintenant et malheureusement cela commence à devenir quelque peu cher.
Cela dit la cuisine est bonne. Mais 26-27€ une escalope milanaise ça me paraît quelque peu élevé.
17/07/2024: J'ai trouvé ce restaurant pour se rendre à la plage et l'inscription "cuisson au feu de bois" m'a tout de suite interpellé. Le cadre est vraiment très agréable et sympathique , l'accueil de la serveuse l'est tout autant. Après un apéritif et une petite mise en bouche offerte nous avons commandé 1 pizza 4 saisons et une au saumon. Servi très rapidement, nous nous sommes régalé, la pâte est très bonne, les ingrédients sont de bonne qualité et la cuisson au feu de bois maîtrisé donne ce goût inégalable pour una Vera pizza. Pour le dessert un tiramisu et une immense crème brûlée ont donné à ce repas une belle fin gourmande.
En résumé un agréable moment chez Santa Lucia et hate d'y revenir l'année prochaine.
