01/04/2026: Our first experience at this Indian restaurant and we were won over!
A warm welcome, a lovely setting, and above all, delicious food. Good value for money, plenty of choice, and some equally delightful discoveries. We used to frequent a former restaurant nearby that has since closed, and had a few other disappointing experiences in neighboring towns. We still have others to try, but for now, Le Royal Shah Jahan is a must.
We arrived without a reservation this Saturday on a whim, and despite this, we were welcomed and had an excellent dinner. The service was attentive and quite quick, considering how busy it was and that there were only three people working in the dining room that evening.
A special mention for Mr. Singh Ladi, who is very professional, friendly, and attentive. He truly provided us with top-notch service.
We highly recommend this restaurant, but remember to book, especially on weekends. We appreciate our luck in getting a table this Saturday.

The sandwiches are generously filled and full of flavor, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The wings are crispy and well-seasoned—a real treat with every bite. Fast service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back! I highly recommend it for a great meal.

12/03/2026: I ordered cheese naan and meat samosas. It was a disgrace. Out of four cheese naans, at €4 each, one had no cheese at all and the others were practically empty. The naan sauce had gone bad, completely fermented. The samosas went straight in the bin; they tasted of rancid oil and had a bland filling. It's a shame because the owner seems nice, and it used to be good, but I won't be going back.
05/03/2026: Arrived at 7:30 PM, left at 8:30 PM. My wife and I were alone the entire time. No other customers.
The food was tasteless, very bland, barely cooked, and probably all canned. Very disappointed. The tiramisu was served frozen in a broken plastic cup with bits of plastic in the dessert. We exchanged it and received a reheated tiramisu. It was impossible to pay by credit card because, apparently, the terminal wasn't working. Checks weren't accepted. We had to go outside to withdraw cash from an ATM. This restaurant is absolutely to be avoided!

22/03/2026: To begin with, the tables were too close together, making it difficult to move around.
The buffet is very small compared to the restaurant's capacity. You have to queue to get food. The dishes are cold and lack flavor. It's really cafeteria food. The grilled food on the outdoor terrace was sold out by 10 pm. So, once again, we had to queue for 30 minutes for nothing. For the price charged, this restaurant is a rip-off.

11/12/2023: Il y avait un morceau d’éponge métallique à l’intérieur de mon biryani. J’ai commandé hier soir sur Uber Eats et j’ai reçu en livraison 2 nan au fromage (très bon) 1 entrée poulet tandori (bon aussi) et un plat de byriani au poulet ou j’ai trouvé un filament d’éponge métallique. Je vais contacter le service adéquat sur Uber Eats. J’ai écris ce commentaire pour aider le consommateur.
