04/09/2024: On a rainy Sunday in Loches, we took refuge in this small restaurant for lunch, without reservation, we were lucky because there were many refusals behind us. It's a small restaurant where an anthill atmosphere reigns, with the waitresses zig zag from table to table, the chef observing the room from his open kitchen, like a feeling of being with family. We let ourselves be guided by our desires: pizza and fried foods from the chef. Pure happiness! The taste, the flavors, our taste buds were delighted. A real trip to Italy. I'm not even talking about Tiramisu, I've never had one so good. It is an address that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Italy without leaving Loches.

11/09/2024: Go there with your eyes closed. The pasta that we were served on piping hot plates was succulent. Bolognese tagliatelle and prawn pasta accompanied by a very nice red Chinon, followed by a small dessert. We will keep the address on hand. And the cherry on the cake, the welcome is very friendly. Very beautiful and good address at very low prices.

28/08/2024: After going up and down the stairs and there, seeing the famous little girls, and the bottom of the lower pit of the tower of the castle of Loches, visiting the magnificent castle, we decided to stop at the café brasserie café des arts, where we were well received, The customer service is impeccable, the Périgord and Lochoise salad dishes are excellent! We noticed that the salads are loaded with meat, which is a good thing! Tiramisu desserts, and unfortunately crème brûlée (just kidding 🤣) Everything was perfect! Thank you to the managers, cooks, waitresses for their kindness.

27/08/2024: Après avoir monté et descendu les escaliers et il y en a, vu les fameuses fillettes,et la basse fosse de la tour du château de Loches, visité le magnifique château, nous avons décidé de nous poser au café brasserie café des arts, où nous fûmes bien accueilli, Le service client est impeccable, les plats de salades périgourdine,et lochoise, excellents ! Nous avons constaté que les salades sont bien garnies en viande, ce qui est une bonne chose ! Les desserts tiramisu,et une crème malheureusement brûlée ( je rigole 🤣) Tout était parfait ! Merci aux responsables, cuisiniers, serveuses pour leur gentillesse.

02/08/2025: Too bad, it was a great place with delicious tapas: pain con tomate, Spanish charcuterie, potatoes aioli... This has disappeared, replaced by homemade Galland products bought in vacuum packs of which we were not told or seen anything...disappointing even though the terrace is very nice on the banks of the river... It is now just a bar... The proof is Saturday evening concert in 15 minutes, it is empty!

17/12/2024: Ce jour 17.12. Personnel agréable et efficace, nous étions 3, nous avons pris ́le menu du jour entrée plat dessert et chacun un verre de blanc Cheverny. Cuisine prétentieuse, et inutilement sophistiquée pour l’entrée et le plat, qualité gustative très moyenne. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Didier

23/09/2024: Nos alojamos como huéspedes en el hotel y disfrutamos de la cena más deliciosa y vino. Llevo viniendo aquí desde 1980 , siempre me encantó y es aún mejor ahora que el hotel ha sido renovado. El personal es excepcionalmente agradable y servicial. Muy recomendable.

05/12/2025: Toilets smelling like piss, fries as big as fingernail clippings, meat my dog ​​wouldn't eat – a disgrace!

30/11/2025: Terrible service. Order placed, account debited, and order disappeared. After several complaints, they told us to pay again and place the order again. Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs! Double-check your accounts and orders (the employer hangs up on you).
