10/08/2024: While passing through the town of Loches, I discovered this bakery by chance. I particularly like walnut breads and this one is worth the detour: an excellent taste, a very crispy crust and above all lots of very good quality nuts! THANKS

A welcome and service of superb quality
Perfect cuisine with very good dishes
And a very beautiful setting to be able to enjoy it all!
If we are destined to return to Loches we will come back without hesitation

14/09/2024: Very good address, spent a week in the region for work, a pure treat, I recommend 💯

The pasta that we were served on piping hot plates was succulent.
Bolognese tagliatelle and prawn pasta accompanied by a very nice red Chinon, followed by a small dessert.
We will keep the address on hand.
And the cherry on the cake, the welcome is very friendly.
Very beautiful and good address at very low prices.

04/09/2024: On a rainy Sunday in Loches, we took refuge in this small restaurant for lunch, without reservation, we were lucky because there were many refusals behind us.
It's a small restaurant where an anthill atmosphere reigns, with the waitresses zig zag from table to table, the chef observing the room from his open kitchen, like a feeling of being with family.
We let ourselves be guided by our desires: pizza and fried foods from the chef. Pure happiness! The taste, the flavors, our taste buds were delighted. A real trip to Italy.
I'm not even talking about Tiramisu, I've never had one so good.
It is an address that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Italy without leaving Loches.

17/12/2024: Ce jour 17.12. Personnel agréable et efficace, nous étions 3, nous avons pris ́le menu du jour entrée plat dessert et chacun un verre de blanc Cheverny. Cuisine prétentieuse, et inutilement sophistiquée pour l’entrée et le plat, qualité gustative très moyenne. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

23/09/2024: Nos alojamos como huéspedes en el hotel y disfrutamos de la cena más deliciosa y vino. Llevo viniendo aquí desde 1980 , siempre me encantó y es aún mejor ahora que el hotel ha sido renovado. El personal es excepcionalmente agradable y servicial. Muy recomendable.

08/12/2024: Agréablement surpris, on s’attendait à une brasserie , et on a trouvé un restaurant proposant des plats originaux, raffinés et délicieux, une bonne ambiance chaleureuse, de bon conseil pour les vins. On a passé un super moment que l’on refera !!

28/08/2024: After going up and down the stairs and there, seeing the famous little girls, and the bottom of the lower pit of the tower of the castle of Loches, visiting the magnificent castle, we decided to stop at the café brasserie café des arts, where we were well received,
The customer service is impeccable, the Périgord and Lochoise salad dishes are excellent!
We noticed that the salads are loaded with meat, which is a good thing!
Tiramisu desserts, and unfortunately crème brûlée (just kidding 🤣)
Everything was perfect!
Thank you to the managers, cooks, waitresses for their kindness.
27/08/2024: Après avoir monté et descendu les escaliers et il y en a, vu les fameuses fillettes,et la basse fosse de la tour du château de Loches, visité le magnifique château, nous avons décidé de nous poser au café brasserie café des arts, où nous fûmes bien accueilli,
Le service client est impeccable, les plats de salades périgourdine,et lochoise, excellents !
Nous avons constaté que les salades sont bien garnies en viande, ce qui est une bonne chose !
Les desserts tiramisu,et une crème malheureusement brûlée ( je rigole 🤣)
Tout était parfait !
Merci aux responsables, cuisiniers, serveuses pour leur gentillesse.

23/06/2025: Cappuccino far below average. I would say it was from a machine, not espresso machine despite they do have (and use) professional machine. Surprising, considering many satisfied customers and quite busy place.

28/08/2024: Cadre agréable et ombragé (un jour de canicule), personnel sympathique et réactif. La carte est assez limitée mais la cuisine et les tarifs sont tout à fait corrects.
23/08/2024: Le restaurant est situé en plein cœur de la belle ville de Loches. Il bénéficie de deux superbes terrasses avec des vues magnifiques.
La carte offre peu de solution et le rapport qualité-prix et loin d'être satisfaisant.
Niveau cuisine, on se rapproche plus d'une cantine pour touristes alors qu'on pourrait s'attendre à une cuisine du terroir vu l'endroit.
J'ai vraiment été déçu et je n'y retournerai pas.
Dommage car on a trouvé un super cadre sans saveur.

I can't put 0 otherwise I would have!
Click and collect however but 40 mins to get the order.
In addition, the person I had in front of me was blown away when I spoke to her!
I understand why I go to BURGER KING because the worse it gets, the more deplorable it gets.
An employee spilled an entire drink on the customer behind me and she didn't apologize, it really didn't matter.
Plus when I see the state of the sandwiches.... .
CHANGE YOUR STAFF INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING THROUGH COMMENTS!!!

We had a wonderful time with Nicolas and Valentin, there were lots of burger choices on the menu!
This restaurant is unique. A bargain!

01/08/2024: We ate here having read reviews by others and the fact that it promised Lebanese food. The burgers were very average, the chips were cold, the salade was doused in a sea of dressing and the kebab was served in a sort of soft baguette similar to a hot dog bun. Avoid if possible.
20/04/2024: On est venus un peu par défaut sans trop savoir où on allait, et quelle bonne surprise !
On parle bien sûr de tacos et de burgers, mais c'était très bon, très propre, le personnel amical, on est ressortis de là rassasiés et ravis :)
