09/03/2026: No complaints about the perfectly executed and standardized dishes at this chain. However, the service was a disaster, even though the waiter was very kind: one of the four dishes simply hadn't been ordered, and we were told there was a "problem between the dining room and the kitchen," but nothing was done to expedite the process, as this last dish arrived... in the cafeteria! Strangely, our waiter disappeared for over 20 minutes. Such an incident would warrant an apology from management, but no: it's normal not to eat together at Buffalo Grill and to wait over an hour. What a disappointment :((

02/03/2026: We were looking for a restaurant halfway between Mantes and Toulouse and we found this gem. The food is excellent, authentic, and homemade. The menu is small, but the quality is outstanding. Located 2 km from the motorway exit, it's ideal. Reservations are essential.

26/03/2026: I was charged, then told the payment hadn't gone through. I was charged again, but no receipt was available, and 48 hours later I saw two payments processed on my bank statement. Frankly, this is unacceptable, especially since I don't live nearby. I strongly advise against going to this McDonald's.
25/03/2026: It's incredibly disturbing to hear the manager (a fake blonde with enormous sunglasses tonight) yelling at the employees and then blurting out, "He's such an idiot, I can't take it anymore." It's a veritable barrage of unpleasant comments and a condescending tone directed at the staff, all in front of the customers. A blatant lack of basic manners and professionalism. Managers should be chosen for their more human qualities.

And yes, I come quite regularly and each time it is never disappointing, quite the contrary!
We went there with two couples of friends and it was really good.
The restaurant side is great, the quality/price ratio is simply unbeatable.
Everyone was delighted, both in terms of the cuisine, the setting and the service.
I am so sorry that you are having so much difficulty recruiting staff and are forced to no longer be able to open as before...
Probably due to the fact that we no longer have people looking for work here. 🙄😇
In short, congratulations to you and thank you for always being there. 👍

08/01/2024: Vraiment déçu du restaurant, les burger baignait dans l’huile, aucune sauce pour les frites, le dessert était un café liégeois presque sans glace.
La vaisselle vraiment très mal lavé, avec de grosse trace et ne parlons pas des crotte de nez collé au mobilier
07/01/2024: Déjeuner ce jour, avec mon épouse, mon fils, ma belle fille et mon petit fils.
En débarrassant la table un serveur
(le vieux pas très net qui sent le tabac) a laissé couler la morve de son nez, heureusement au sol.
Rien de tel pour plomber l'ambiance du repas.
Plus jamais.
