I ordered breakfast for 80 people and everything was perfect. I received a very warm welcome and helpful advice when placing my order. The mini pastries were excellent, much appreciated by all my colleagues, and the doughnuts, presented in a pretty round box, were as beautiful as they were delicious. Everyone loved them! I highly recommend Patàpain for organizing an event. Thank you again for your professionalism and kindness!

Not great, average products, and expensive in my opinion. I wanted to pay for my purchases with a €50 note, but they refused that payment method; it was credit card or nothing, and they said it in a haughty tone.

On Monday, May 25th, I went to get some bread and an apple tart. The very helpful and kind waitress took my order. Her manager then came over and took it back in front of me in a very unpleasant tone because she had forgotten to offer me the daily baguette deal. This kind of manager, who only creates a negative work environment, needs to be banned. This man needs a dose of kindness, even intravenously! My thoughts are with this very helpful waitress!
What is the group's management doing about this?
