McDonald's sur Deols

It's a shame that fast food is becoming slow food, given the waiting time for a Happy Meal.

A little disappointed. A dirty glass, no napkins, fries barely warm.

McDonald's conveniently located directly off the A20 motorway. Be aware that service is slow even when it's less busy.

A bit disappointed by several things: we went there specifically to get the special toy. We got the day's stock—leftovers from the last few months (unevenly distributed among the children)—because, unfortunately, it was the day the toys were changed. My daughter wanted cucumber, but the app glitched and didn't count her order because it was no longer on the menu. I had to start over. My children wanted ice cream, or the Maxi Best Of deal for us: the freezers had a power outage. No ice cream or ice cubes in the drinks, even though it was a heatwave. Okay, it wasn't their fault. But the deal could have been applied to another small free gift worth the value of the Sunday Best Of meal. But what really annoyed me was that all of this should have been written on the app. Instead, when an item was unavailable, it wasn't removed: it was there, available, then caused the app to glitch and made me start all over again. I wonder if they were able to report the shortages on the network in time. Anyway, I had a real struggle getting my order. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and pleasant. I have no complaints about them. Faster than a motorway service station to get there.

The quality of service was impeccable despite the busy period. An attentive and professional team.

Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from the friendliness of their servers. And very clean, too.

Thank you to the McDonald's in Déols for allowing us to bring our dog on a leash into the restaurant. We were also able to sit inside, enjoying the cool air conditioning, which was very welcome during this heatwave.

Super fast, great atmosphere and very friendly staff

Hello, the food was a bit cold in the kitchen. The service is okay when someone says hello, but it's more the customers who don't respect others (for example, a little girl climbed onto the tables and nobody said anything).

Good time, very welcoming. But the place wasn't very clean, which is a shame.
