20/05/2026: Two hours for a quick meal? Steak and fries. Coffee served before dessert. We were a group just passing through (meal booked by the tour operator). Young, overwhelmed waitresses. Not cool.

23/05/2026: The food is decent, but the hygiene leaves much to be desired. At 9:30 a.m., the toilets are in a deplorable state; a little toilet gel would be very helpful. Furthermore, there's water on the floor, creating a slip hazard. The dining room isn't any better: the floor is dirty and the tables are greasy.
18/05/2026: Passing through yesterday on our way back to Paris, we stopped by this bakery! It was very busy, but luckily the mixed-race boy with glasses served us very well, with kindness and a great sense of humor! We enjoyed our experience, even if the products weren't standard; the service was excellent! Even if, judging by the other employees, they seemed a bit lost! At least kudos to this young man who managed to keep his sense of humor and his cool head.

A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and kindness. This is an address I highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and have a pleasant time in Châteauroux. We will definitely be back! 😊"

25/05/2026: I'd like to offer some feedback regarding the service. It's really frustrating to have to come back after picking up your takeaway bag because three sauces were missing, only to realize on the highway that the salad dressing and salad spoon were also missing.
Having also worked in customer service, I know what it's like to have to double-check that everything is correct and/or complete.
It wasn't exactly crowded when we were there, as we were the only ones waiting at the counter.
So please take the time to check that everything listed on the receipt is in your bag.
Of course, it's not the end of the world, and it's a minor detail. But one minor detail after another, it all adds up. Have a nice day.
25/05/2026: Dirty restaurant, sticky floor, same for the toilets...
The employees in the kitchen don't wear hairnets, some are completely disheveled...
We had to wait quite a while for our order, the fries weren't cooked enough... the burgers were just okay...
Tables weren't cleaned (inside or outside), trays piled up on the trolleys...
Nonchalant staff...
Go elsewhere and check out the competition...

And yes, I come quite regularly and each time it is never disappointing, quite the contrary!
We went there with two couples of friends and it was really good.
The restaurant side is great, the quality/price ratio is simply unbeatable.
Everyone was delighted, both in terms of the cuisine, the setting and the service.
I am so sorry that you are having so much difficulty recruiting staff and are forced to no longer be able to open as before...
Probably due to the fact that we no longer have people looking for work here. 🙄😇
In short, congratulations to you and thank you for always being there. 👍

08/01/2024: Vraiment déçu du restaurant, les burger baignait dans l’huile, aucune sauce pour les frites, le dessert était un café liégeois presque sans glace.
La vaisselle vraiment très mal lavé, avec de grosse trace et ne parlons pas des crotte de nez collé au mobilier
07/01/2024: Déjeuner ce jour, avec mon épouse, mon fils, ma belle fille et mon petit fils.
En débarrassant la table un serveur
(le vieux pas très net qui sent le tabac) a laissé couler la morve de son nez, heureusement au sol.
Rien de tel pour plomber l'ambiance du repas.
Plus jamais.
