In my experience, the management leaves much to be desired, and the prestigious image associated with it does not correspond to what I observed. My interactions with management were particularly unpleasant and left me with a very negative impression. I will not return, and I will not recommend this establishment.

06/02/2026: I went to this Marie Blachère store on Thursday, February 5th, for my first visit with my grandmother. The young man with glasses who greeted us was incredibly kind. As I have allergies, he made sure to check the information thoroughly before agreeing to sell me the product I requested, and for that, I'm very grateful. I hope he reads this review, as it's important to highlight his professionalism and attentiveness to customers. And finally, the honey tart was a very pleasant surprise: delicious!

On May 22, 2026, I ordered a takeaway meal: 280 McExtreme Rösti for €16.30, only to find a hamburger patty inside and no Rösti. You pay for a meal that isn't cheap on top of everything else, and you don't even get all the items. Shameful, and it's not the first time 😡😡
