Patàpain sur Issoudun

I stopped by for my lunch break. Around 1 p.m., there was still a good selection. I was served very quickly and warmly welcomed by the three staff members working that day. The price is reasonable for a complete meal (sandwich/drink/dessert). I had the chicken curry brioche sandwich! It was delicious 🤤😍 At the same time, Patapain had more choices than Marie Blachère. I ate there, and what a pleasant surprise to see that the furniture upstairs had been changed. It's warmer and more comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, not too noisy. And the entire restaurant was reasonably clean. I recommend this place!

Always smiling and very professional

I've lived in Issoudun for 35 years, and this Pat à Pain bakery remains the best for me. Even if it doesn't have the latest concepts, we appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the simplicity of the layout. At the new location on the Bourges road, you barely arrive before you have to choose; you're not given time to observe or look around, you feel rushed. A little touch of modernization and everything would be perfect at this old Pat à Pain.

The manager and staff are very pleasant! The breakfast is very generous, with plenty of choice, and above all, very good for a really reasonable price. The place is clean, including the restrooms. The location is ideal, with convenient parking for easy access, as well as a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy a peaceful moment. I highly recommend it!
