We were just passing through, and it was very crowded. The queue stretching outside was a bit daunting, but despite the crowds, we received our order in record time and were very well looked after and directed to the self-service kiosks!
What's more, the manager made the rounds of the dining room, offering coffee to everyone at the end of their meal!
A first for me, and a fantastic restaurant!

I love it, but it's better when the lady is there; it's more organized.

The atmosphere is good when the lady is there on Wednesdays; the service is faster when she's there.

Over a 30-minute wait in a nearly empty restaurant while the staff chatted happily. When the food finally arrived, the fries and burgers were cold, the double cheeseburger had neither onion nor... bacon! A half-thawed, stale muffin. And not a word of apology...
Edit October 2026: Everything went very well, lunch eaten during the midday break. The service and quality have truly improved over the years, nothing to report: despite the crowds, the service is generally excellent, a few minor oversights but the servers react quickly to them.

The wrap was poorly assembled and a drink was missing from the order…

A very good experience as a high school student who goes to McDonald's every Wednesday. The manager is very pleasant and always has a smile. The service is really friendly despite the crowds on Wednesday afternoons; they try to stay calm. Very good McDonald's!
