A very beautiful taste discovery, an astonishing mix and combination of flavors! A treat!
04/04/2024: Thank you for this good time. A treat from start to finish. Chef Agustin, whom I recognized from his old establishment, created improbable mixtures of char with apple, celery and pineapple, pieces of tender pork and passion fruit and spinet chocolate. Bravo to this establishment, bravo to the brigade and the service. The place is pleasant, I think I will return with a SPA stay. Good luck on the way to the star

09/10/2023: We have been to Capella several times but this time the level has gone up a notch thanks to the Argentinian chef who knows how to use local products with a touch of his country's cuisine and all this makes for inventive, original cuisine that is very fragrant and in the spirit of the times
We were enchanted by the dishes but also by the impeccable service and the explanations for making the dishes.
We had the pleasure of tasting the chef's signature menu and we enjoyed all the dishes
We wish for star-studded recognition which would be well deserved!!!!!
