05/06/2026: Truly, a timeless bubble, and I know I'll get criticized for this, but the child-free zone is a real bonus when you're highly sensitive and want to relax.
I thank my darling; it was the gift he gave me for Christmas, and this moment away from everything with him was very pleasant. I'll definitely do it again 😉

16/02/2026: Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this place. I entered just after they opened but still had a 1 h 15m wait. The pizza was slightly burned all round the crust but the base was completely soft and floppy. It was not cut into sections. The barely cooked base made it structurally unsound for easy eating in a hotel room with no cutlery.

We came as a couple, the place was almost full, but we were seated immediately. The menu was also brought to us right away, and the service was incredibly fast.
The dishes were very generous, absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. From appetizers to main courses and desserts, everything was perfect.
All the staff were incredibly kind. We will definitely be back, and I've already mentioned it when recommending you.

31/05/2026: Living in Ariège part-time for years and always loyal customers of L'Estanquet, we've never been disappointed. The pizzas are excellent, with a very thin crust and generous toppings—nothing like frozen supermarket pizzas or fast food. It's authentic, artisanal cuisine with a warm welcome. We've brought several friends who have enjoyed it. We definitely and highly recommend it.

20/05/2026: Well they are open on Monday which is excellent. I liked the food, I had a steak which was very good. Yes the waiter is a little blunt but that adds to the charm
18/05/2026: Passing through Ax, we stopped for lunch at the Trattoria. We had pasta with Roquefort cheese; good value for money, very friendly waiter who listened to the customers.
