27/03/2024: It's been a long time since we had lunch at this establishment and I won't be returning anytime soon. The reception and service are mechanical and absolutely unprofessional. The room crew has no desire to be there and no interest in the customer. We come, we eat, we pay and that’s it. Very very unfortunate. Positive point, the cuisine is "good", but the atmosphere makes it tasteless. Small special mention for the young man in training (trainee, apprentice) who does his best in this environment. Hang in there young man! It's a big disappointment
