19/08/2026: Fantastic as always! It starts the moment you arrive. Friendly welcome and pleasant atmosphere. The pizzas are unique in their recipe and ingredients. What makes all the difference is if you're lucky enough to try the homemade dessert of the day! You can extend the experience into an evening with friends or family, or both, with their famous takeaway pizzas!
19/08/2026: This pizzeria is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great! It's a must-try in Troyes; forget the other restaurants nearby and go to Guiseppino's! 🥰

29/08/2026: Arrived on August 15th at noon, a group of 9 without a reservation. Despite the intense heat and the restaurant being full, we received a warm welcome and excellent service. The waitress's professionalism deserves praise; prioritizing children's orders over adults to minimize the wait for the little ones is truly commendable!

07/09/2026: The owners were generally very helpful, but the food was of the same quality I could easily make at home. Three out of the five main course options were unavailable, leaving me with almost only pizza. The children's corner was very good, and the prices were very reasonable.

We had pizza, tagliatelle, and a great kids' menu for the children. All the dishes were very good. The crepes were also delicious. And all at a good price.
The children's play area is especially fantastic. Our children (9 and 7) played for two hours without getting bored. Superb!
The service was also friendly and attentive.
Simply a wonderful evening!

09/08/2026: This restaurant offers very reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area. The food is good, the only downside being the Chaource lasagna, which was served in too small a portion, and the pizza dough, which wasn't exceptional. But everything is homemade, and it's very good... except for the desserts, which were a bit of a disappointment. The crème brûlée was very good, but the desserts in the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) seemed mass-produced, as did the chocolate fondant. We still recommend it if you're passing through Troyes.

01/08/2026: The nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. The crust is too thin, burnt at the edges, and undercooked in the middle. The pizza base has no taste either. Tasteless pizza.
My boyfriend even threw up from it and got sick.
Absolutely NOT recommended.

18/05/2024: Une cuisine de raffinée mais le service l'est beaucoup moins. Les serveuses sont très sympathiques et serviables mais les plats arrivent à toute vitesse, l'entrée est servie alors que nous n'avions pas fini l'apéritif. Et tous les plats suivants ont suivi le même rythme, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir le temps de déguster la cuisine raffinée. Nous pensions prendre notre temps le weekend, le service s'apparentait plus à un routier en semaine. Bravo au chef qui n'est pas assez mis en valeur.
