However, there were very few shrimp in my pasta, only 4. I found that very stingy, unlike usual.

09/08/2026: This restaurant offers very reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area. The food is good, the only downside being the Chaource lasagna, which was served in too small a portion, and the pizza dough, which wasn't exceptional. But everything is homemade, and it's very good... except for the desserts, which were a bit of a disappointment. The crème brûlée was very good, but the desserts in the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) seemed mass-produced, as did the chocolate fondant. We still recommend it if you're passing through Troyes.

07/08/2024: L endroit était sympathique, petit B mol pas d apéro sans alcool donc composition rapide d eau pétillante avec quelques feuilles de menthe et du sureau ainsi que deux rondelles de citron. Mais le goût n était pas très bon ça ressemblait un peu à un virgine sans glaçon et pas très sucré. Mon époux avait pris un osso-buco qui était mangeable. Et moi une pizza Emiliana les ingrédients étaient bons et frais la pâte était fine et bonne sauf qu elle était brûlée sur casi toute la surface en dessous. C est dommage car le personnel était sympathique. Et très réactif. Pas trop d attente pour être servi.
31/07/2024: Niet onze beste avond. Aransiena teruggestuurd want nog koud van binnen. Pizza beetje te aangebrand aan onderkant. Saltebuco was prima. Geen aanrader.

04/08/2024: Bueno para empezar el tallarín completamente insipido sin sabor, nada relacionado a lo que es tallarines al pesto o verdes, la milanesa estuvo al borde de estar quemada, la porcion es demasiado pequeña para lo que cobran y encima te mandan errado el pedido , pedi una inca sabor original y me mandaron una 0 siendo que detesto mucho esta, de verdad muy descepcionada soy muy amante de las pastas y esta en particular me ha echo dudarlo, mejoren su calidad de cocineros, contraten personas que les interese el rubro, no gente que solo cumple horas por que creanme que eso se nota en sus comidas, lastima , se que soy un cliente mas un cliente menos, pero aunque no sea tan importante el acumulativo de quejas , derrumbaran este que puede ser un excelente negocio, que tengan buena tarde .
14/07/2024: Ready-made smaakloze pasta met teveel room. Smaakloos. Geen wijn in het restaurant. Eten uit een kartonnen doos. We hadden met heel de familie eigenlijk het hele gamma (5 smaken) maar geen enkele pasta was lekker. Meer dan de helft bleef in elke portie over. Dit heeft niets met een Italiaans restaurant te maken.
