13/08/2026: I've been getting my pizzas from Pizza dell'IS for ten years now; the manager always greets us with a smile. The pizzas are wood-fired and generously topped, with a good selection. I recommend ordering by calling around 5 pm because orders start pouring in as time goes on. The best pizzas in Is-sur-Tille!

07/06/2026: Chosen on a whim as we walked by, my wife and I decided to try the pizza at this charming little shop (everything seems to be imported from Italy, right down to the cola). We ordered the buffalo mozzarella to give it a go. As someone who loves thick, crusty pizzas with a soft, fluffy edge, I was surprised when this very thin-crust pizza arrived. The first bite was pure bliss; the crust had a delicious, slightly crispy texture—an instant pleasure. It continued to surprise throughout the meal, and even in the center of the pizza, it remained technically perfect. The buffalo mozzarella has its own unique, delicious, and creamy flavor. And here comes the only slight drawback: the tomato sauce, which struck me as completely bland—neither good nor bad, but as if it lacked a touch of sweetness or perhaps a hint of salt. In conclusion, a month later, I'm still stuck on that fantastic crust, which has been on my mind ever since whenever I mention pizza. And I still have that feeling that the tomato base wasn't quite up to the standard of everything else, which was a pure delight (not to mention the perfectly executed tiramisu). I plan to return on my next trip to Dijon. I forgot to mention the very warm welcome. The staff were very kind.

07/08/2026: Well, I don't write bad reviews easily, but what we experienced here really tops everything. As a Google Local Guide, I take my job very seriously, and I *must* warn my fellow man about this place. My partner and I were looking forward to a pleasant evening, so I ordered the pasta Carbonara. Well, tears didn't quite well up in my eyes, but it was an absolute disaster on the plate. A real Carbonara is supposed to be silky smooth thanks to the egg and pecorino, but apparently, here they thought an authentic recipe means throwing a huge chunk of butter through it. It was one greasy, tasteless mess. Not a grain of salt to be found! And to make matters worse, there were all sorts of strange ingredients mixed in that absolutely do not belong in a traditional Carbonara. My great-grandmother would be turning in her grave! In the end, we just left and explained it to the lady working there. She took the pasta Carbonara off the bill. But the real horror only began that night. After that evening, I was deathly ill for no less than FIVE DAYS. Extreme fever of 40 degrees, chills, and terrible stomach problems. I even ended up in the emergency room at the hospital on an IV drip with a severe bacterial enteritis and had to start a course of antibiotics! They indicated that I contracted the salmonella virus from the pasta and the poorly cooked/heated product. My entire vacation was completely ruined because of this. In short: A health risk on a plate. Stay a very wide berth if you care about your health! Scandalous!

18/07/2026: I was thrilled to find authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in Dijon! The pizza is consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly. It’s a little outside the main tourist areas, but well worth the walk or bus ride to pick up a pizza. For a taste of Italy in Dijon, this place is definitely worth a visit!

23/07/2026: Despite a lovely setting and decent service, I was very disappointed with the food. The octopus and pizza were undercooked. The supposedly spicy sauces were quite bland. In the end, the bill was exorbitant for the quality of the dishes.

06/07/2026: We stopped at Del Arte last night for dinner around 8:30 pm. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we waited 20 minutes before a waiter finally took our order. The pizzas arrived 10 minutes later, so the timing was fine. We finished our main course, and then there was an interminable wait to order dessert. No waiters came out onto the terrace; they were all busy cleaning tables inside or doing other things. Twenty-five minutes passed, and we left without being able to order dessert. The waiter asked if everything was alright, and we explained the problem. His response? "Oh, okay, I understand." Not an apology, not the slightest consideration. A truly deplorable and nonchalant attitude. We didn't have a good time because we couldn't finish our meal properly and left very frustrated.

26/07/2026: The service was very poor; we asked for our pizzas to be cut, and the woman clearly didn't appreciate it. She barely touched them, pretending to cut them. The pizza was bland, the goat cheese and honey pizza tasteless and very unusual.
