04/04/2024: Visited Sole Vino last night for dinner, we hadn’t reserved but were given a table as it wasn’t busy.
Waited 15 minutes to be given a menu but they never took a drinks order.
We waited another 20 minutes before deciding to leave as nobody came to take an order from us.
Very disappointing service.
We walked a short distance along the road to Chez Tony another Italian restaurant and it was an excellent friendly service.
Sole Vino could learn a lot from Chez Tony!
We will never return to Sole Vino.
28/03/2024: Honestly very disappointed. We anticipated the orders because we had a deadline but it was not respected. The waitress blows and throws the items on the table (sauce, cutlery, etc.) moans.. we understood that it irritated her to serve us.. well, she won't see us again

Very warm welcome, magnificent setting on the square (on the terrace) with heated lights.
Fast, smiling service. Hearty and homemade dishes.

Your pasta is just excellent, the cooking at the top 😍 your sauces let's not talk about it, at the top 😜😍 thank you for the part of chorizo that I could have tasted thanks to you this afternoon.

04/04/2024: Coming from another city we were surprised that this del arte does not offer with the spaghetto offer for children with the box for children: colored pencils small games balloons etc... it is indicated on the site and it is the first restaurant del arte that doesn't do that...the children are happy to wait with that and like to come too for this attention
Moreover, despite a restaurant ticket card configured to pass on Sundays and public holidays, refusal to take it....

24/02/2024: Correct welcome.
Good cooked dishes, desserts too but the prices are high compared to the cooked ingredients when it comes to pasta, especially the children's menu is excessive.
I think that to get there, it's better to have a pizza rather than pasta.

18/11/2023: I ordered 2 pizzas, one of the employees forgot to put one in her box (which can happen given the crowd) when I got home I noticed it, so I returned to the kiosk (20 km). My pizza was returned to me without any commercial gesture… (a little average)

I had the mark of the top of the knife marked on my finger, the waiter as a replacement told me: you have to press the knife, sir...
A beer ordered, never served.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter and the cook.
The cook did not accept my comments, and told me that he had never received any negative feedback.
He should read the comments, it would be simpler
Afterwards I didn't taste anything else,
Not even a commercial gesture, and what's more, I had my beer counted.
Honestly, I would never go back there

We have known better. Let's hope that the quality of service returns to what it was
30/08/2023: The brand is no longer what it was since the change of ownership. When you have a supermarket nearby you don't have to run out of ingredients or drinks! When we have customers we don't go out to smoke cigarettes. When the CB reader does not work, we announce it on the door! We'll have to wake up! The reputation of your restaurant depends on it. It's a place where you can enjoy an evening without breaking the bank. If you're looking for a budget option and don't care too much about space or musical ambiance, the VIP Bar might be a suitable choice."
