19/09/2026: Hello, we ate there on the 18th at 8:00 PM. The welcome was very warm, the service was top-notch, and what can I say about the pizzas? Excellent… As delicious as they were beautiful, generously topped with quality ingredients, and the crust was just the way I like it… The desserts were the perfect way to end this wonderful meal and this lovely, indulgent experience… Thank you again to everyone… We look forward to returning…

25/08/2026: We arrived for lunch around 12:30 pm without a reservation. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked if we had booked. The staff seemed very busy, and we found the welcome rather lukewarm, far from the glowing reputation we had read in the reviews. As for the meal, we were disappointed once again. The pizzas, despite being highly rated in the reviews, had particularly burnt edges: not just lightly charred, but truly black in places. Another point that made us uncomfortable: we overheard the staff discussing and criticizing previously dissatisfied customers while chatting with what appeared to be regulars. This kind of behavior doesn't exactly give a good impression to passersby. Perhaps we simply caught them on an off day, but unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to what we had read. If passersby are less well received than regulars, then this is the place for you.

15/08/2026: A stop on the way to our holiday destination and what a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, impeccable service, beautifully presented dishes, everything was delicious, and the pizzas were divine, made with passion! A great example for "baby restaurateurs" with accelerated training from passionate owners! Perhaps we'll see you again soon at our place.

16/09/2026: We are longtime fans of the pizza (delicious, every time!) but hadn’t yet experienced the mini-golf, and we absolutely loved it! The 18 holes weave around a lake, under the shade, and are a great combination of challenging and nearly impossible (notice I said nearly!!). The whole group, ages 14, 12, 8 and adult had a great time. Give yourself at least 90 minutes and in the busy season make sure you organise ahead. We look forward to going back :)

22/04/2026: A very nice establishment, clean and spacious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My "build your own pizza or pasta salad" option is absolutely fantastic. I'm so picky and don't like many things, but I was pleasantly surprised by this option of choosing what to put on my pizza. A 10/10! 😋😋😋😋😋😍😍😍😍😍

13/04/2026: We come from time to time and are never disappointed! The atmosphere is refined and chic, and the staff is pleasant and professional. On sunny days, the restaurant offers a lovely hidden terrace in the inner courtyard. An Italian menu just the way we like it, accompanied by a fine selection of wines that pair perfectly with the delicious cuisine. A wonderful place in old Périgueux, a stone's throw from the basilica.

24/09/2026: I was able to eat even though it was late (10:30 pm) and the restaurants were closed. One small drawback: there wasn't a vegetarian pizza on the menu. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Thank you.

18/09/2026: I've been a customer of La Boîte à Pizza in Bergerac for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. Whether I eat in or order delivery, it's always a pleasure. The pizzas are excellent, generous, and made with flavorful ingredients. What's more, the team is lovely and welcoming, and you can feel their genuine desire to do a good job with every order. In all these years, I've never had a single complaint about a delay, a mistake, or even a mediocre service. It's this consistency that makes all the difference and keeps me coming back without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and kindness. 13/09/2026: We stopped completely by chance at L’Escapade Gourmande during our trip, and honestly, what a wonderful surprise! A very warm welcome, excellent service, and truly delicious food. Everything was there for a great time. It just goes to show that unexpected stops can sometimes lead to the best discoveries! 😊 We highly recommend it.

13/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant that my partner and I discovered by chance while stopping in Riberac for dinner one Sunday evening. We received a very warm welcome even though we didn't have a reservation. Sunday evenings are pizza night, and we had a choice of 43 different pizzas. There's something for everyone! The crust was excellent, and they also had great cocktails and delicious desserts. We highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back to try their food again on a Saturday.

11/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas to celebrate the Tour de France passing through and we were very pleased. The pizzas were generous, well-topped, with excellent crust and quality ingredients. The welcome was pleasant and the service was quick. We will gladly return and recommend this pizzeria without hesitation!
