I'm delighted to have received this recommendation; the service is excellent, and the staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism.
As for the food, it's excellent value for money.
The pizzas are tasty and generously topped.
I highly recommend this establishment.
25/07/2026: The pizzas are always delicious. Once I had a burnt pizza, the chef hadn't noticed because she was very busy and the waiter was alone, as soon as they saw that my pizza was burnt the chef came in person to apologize and immediately made me a perfect new pizza.

09/08/2026: A wonderful rediscovery of the Santa Maria restaurant! We received a warm welcome from the team, who were truly fantastic—smiling, attentive, and full of energy. We had a lovely time in a friendly atmosphere with a team that clearly cares about making its customers happy. The meal was excellent, and they were very accommodating to vegetarians! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

15/08/2026: Passing through Baume-les-Dames, we stopped at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the meal, and the very friendly staff. The pizzas were generously topped and delicious, and the ice cream for dessert was truly delightful. We were not disappointed... absolutely delicious! 👌 We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐🌟⭐

The Caesar had mushy pieces of focaccia soaked in olive oil instead of crispy croutons, and the iceberg lettuce was so crunchy it was annoying. The chicken wasn't crispy, and there were no cherry tomatoes. Frankly, I was very disappointed. My friend was just as disappointed with hers. On the other hand, the service was quick and the waitresses were very pleasant.
