This is a first for me and certainly a last.
Objectively speaking, the value for money is good. The place seems clean and it is well located.
The prices are reasonable and the portions generous.
But regarding the pizzas it is average, very average in my opinion.
Thick paste and everything reveals premium ingredients, synonymous here with poor quality.

We had to wait standing for a few minutes because there were too many customers that evening but the waiters kindly offered us sangria to keep us waiting (excellent by the way) and they apologized many times for this wait. When we sat down, the service was quick, the staff pleasant and both the pizzas and desserts were very good!

Not ready at 7 p.m. we came back at 8 p.m. they had been sold!!! Need your answer we came back at 8:45 p.m. because you had sold 10 pizzas!!!!! We won't come back!!! that's for sure
Pizza served at 9:00 p.m. not being in Auch itself. In short, it's done
They redid them but did not recognize any error.

I tried the pizzas but I am a big fan of their American pizza dough base which gives an exquisite American taste.
Both the manager and the waiter(s) have a love and sympathy that you don't find everywhere!
Really I am one of their loyal customers and I think I will remain so :)

Positive point there is a bit of presentation but there is still improvement

The pizzas are not made with quality products, like vacuum packed ham sticks sold like white ham for the "queen", I think the mushrooms are in jars considering the taste, the pizza dough is not great and everything is like that... And for an "Italian" restaurant, we don't put crème fraîche in carbonara pasta!! In addition, the pasta dishes are super fatty (and I am the first to say “fat is life”). And I also notice that the management does not respond to the comments, which in my opinion indicates a certain laxity for a restaurateur. The service raises the level, but that is not everything....
